I thought it might be a good resource to post up any port maps we've made in one thread for reference. Please include the manufacturer/model/part number/seller or any relevant info that you know. If you've made mods to the cylinder, please post details of what you did and what it accomplished. If you've got links to other port maps, please post those as well. If anyone needs a little help making a port map for the first time, look here... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=yamajog&thread=446
Minarelli AC 54mm cylinder from eBay seller Autotech355. Stock. I raised the exhaust port about 1mm later and improved top end power a little bit.
Minarelli AC 52mm cylinder from eBay seller Autotech355. Milled 3mm from the top. Never made much power and had lots of issues with detonation.

Port map of a 71.1cc Kit from Autotech355 (Carlos) on eBay. This kit fits as a replacement for the 1E40FM cylinder. May fit other applications as well. The stroke is ~41mm. The piston diameter is ~48mm. I didn't measure every little thing. I thought it was would make it more confusing that way. Let me know what you think.

No port map, just some baseline numbers:
Engine: Stock 1985 Honda 80cc Aero (NH80)
Exhaust open 80 deg BBDC Exhaust close 80 deg ABDC Scavenge open 55 deg BBDC Scavenge close 55 deg ABDC
Exhaust~160 degrees, Intake~114 degrees
The "plan": Fabricating a 1.5mm spacer (between cylinder and crankcase) out of aluminum, and manually opening (grinding) the exhaust port upwards 1mm. Resulting in: Exhaust~180 degrees, Intake~130 degrees

Hoca 54mm BBK Minarelli AC Previous port maps were measured straight line on an unrolled port map. This was measured by chord width. To be able to compare a little easier to the other kits, measurement of the ex ports would be left aux ex : 7.3mm, ex : 30mm, right aux ex : 7.75mm.

That metrakit looks very similar to a polini evo. That cylinder with v force reed block and yasuni c30 pipe would hit hard!
