Should I go with a 54 mm cylinder and a 45 mm crank or should I go for a 39 mm crank and run an airsal 77 cylinder, would I have any issues running that size crank in a 90cc case,I know the crankshaft lobes will have alot of room from case wall just want to make sure that won't be an issue

52mm L/C with a 44mm crank. Hyper race.... Gonna drive it daily so hyper race won't hold up,Ryan was maxing out around 12500 rpm but he had 49 cc cases,I want great take off and great top speed and to be able to go up hills with ease but not trying to be screaming to do it john, ove what you run in your jog 52 or 54?Never mind I read your running a 54 hoca,I think 90 team a 54 mm hoca or autotech's 54mm

I have a 54mm hoca cylinder. Haven't opened it up yet to know for sure what the stock 90 crank is. But like you said yourself. Its very torquey. 40mph up hills. 9,500 max Rpms. I'm sure if you find a full circle or stuffer at 44mm you'll be doing better than I was. I was topping out at around 62-63mph. 115 psi. 270lbs of rider though. I'm sure there's a lot of people with better results.

I'm 180 so that's gotta be factored in the equation,I like that hoca 53mm liquid cooled cylinder but not for $289,any other liquid cooled cylinders your talking big money was considering a malossi big bore but then what crank would I use with that niz is going that route been keeping an eye on what he is doing on his build but he's running an adly 90 engine

Ported and polished. You can't go wrong with a 54mm Hoca cast iron. It is an oval exhaust port though. I had better results myself after I opened it up to match my exhaust.

There are several routes to go gonna keep reading up in hopes of finding what I need to get,I found a 54mm cylinder and crank for $200 it's mrp though, ran a pipe by them but never a crank or cylinder so not sure of quality, bws 100 stuff won't work on Polaris cases right?

Unfortunately my build is going slow just due to me being so content with the P200 and not real motivated to spend $$ atm haha. For the record- the Adly 90 is same as Polaris 90 just stretched out a bit longer and uses a longer belt. Otherwise identical. BWS 100 stuff won't work. There doesn't seem to be much to choose from in-between Hoca 54mm and Hyper Race. MauiBird is running the aluminum hoca 54mm though- that's a nice cylinder, but if you're looking to port it at all then opinions vary. I ported my Hoca 54mm with very little noticable difference but mine is standard stroke...

I'm looking @ budget build not insane cash, that is a decent crank so for the MhR big bore you need a 85 mm Conrod and 45 mm stroke correct
