I would like to try the 54mm Aluminium kit from autotech, or this one 54mm LC The exhaust flange may be at a different angle due to it being for a ATV but I am not sure.

I'm looking @ budget build not insane cash, that is a decent crank so for the MhR big bore you need a 85 mm Conrod and 45 mm stroke correct Depends what you're looking for and what u want to spend etc. You can run it with stock 42mm stroke for 77cc or 45mm stroke for 86cc (this also requires a cylinder spacer). AFAIK The conrod length isn't superbly important and really only affect the piston "rocking" in the cylinder a minimal amount. I could be wrong about that but that's what I've read...

Gonna drive it daily so hyper race won't hold up... want great take off and great top speed and to be able to go up hills with ease but not trying to be screaming to do it Considering the above and the mention of a "budget build"; a mild 103cc (45mm stroke/54mm bore) should be fine. $100 for a 45mm crank, ~$150 for a 54mm head and cylinder. That's what most of my stuff is. Not impressing anyone really, but it works. I really like my PG exhaust and would recommend that, but I have no idea where to get 1 anymore. My short case Venus was just a stock 42mm crank and 54mm bore (96cc) and that was one of my favorite scoot setups that racked up a ton of miles while doing wheelies and cruising 50MPH+ with stock gears. A gear swap could have made the speed better with it I think, but it could still see 60MPH or more at times. Hoca works well. Plain old 54mm standard layout kits work well. Stay away from the ultra cheap kits. I tried one last go-round. One $60-70 cylinder turned into 3. Low quality stuff with defects and my engine constantly clatters with them. Autotech sells good Taiwan made standard stuff for reasonable prices. Spend the time setting them up. That's a big key with the 90cc stuff like this. Expect that you may need to work a combustion chamber and/or mill a head to get squish right or make a spacer or get out the rotary tool or files to get it setup how it should be. They absolutely won't be the fastest thing on the road like the race stuff, but you won't spend a fortune either and they can make good power across a broad range. I usually go with 21mm PHBG carbs. 19mm does fine too. Stock just doesn't cool well enough, though they can perform fine. The black series PHBG fits the stock intake and is about as simple as any carb you'll install (aside from Arreche that have direct fit kits, but I never liked my Arreche carb and parts are harder to find), and it's easy to swap main jets. Most recently, I use a pricey Malossi OR CVT in mine and that kills the low end grunt, as it bypasses it, but I can trust it not to let me down. I don't have to worry that I'll get a couple of hours away to the beach and it will start acting up and things like that. I know I'm boring as I keep using the same thing, but it works for what I want... which also sounds like what you described so I figured I'd put my 2 cents in.

I think I'm going for a hoca l.c kit and a 45 mm crank or autotech's l.c 54 also been looking for a cheap small frame scoot to put it in thanks for all the info bro always greatly appreciated and wonder if I can possibly find a pg out in the wild hopefully I'll run into one somewhere soon

Do you have any in mind yet? I know some of the newer $$$ pipes for the hyper race stuff should work? EDIT: I see you are already on the trail, LOL! 190's builds the peace pipe line!

Yep still the best recipe for a bulletproof 60mph+ Low RPM, High torque Daily Driver imo! Can get the whole build done for what a hyper race exhaust costs!

I still have a hunch that a Yasuni R would make a great 90cc exhaust. The C-16 powerband is just a tad too high for the Hoca stuff and tad too low for the Hyper Race stuff...

Get a 45mm Hoca crank and adjust from there, dont know if you want or need the "hyper race stuff" for a daily driver,I just looked at the prices of that kinda stuff VS the street kits,Brent laid out a great combo for racking up many miles at waay over the average speed of a scoot..Simple and reliable!!
