Glad y'all figured it out!Looking at the 'piston at bottom of bore' pic,the Ex port looks well laid out,bet its a strong runner with proper tuning...

Hey pinkflames420 have you gotten yours running yet or things still not coming together right? I can't wait to see your first start video! Did you already upjet your carb? It will start with stock jets but its reeeeally finicky. I got mine running today. Don't give up, it will take some patience to get it to stay running on a 70 jet. You might have to manual choke it a bit too.

Thanks for asking! I don't think giving up is an option for me 🙂 Unfortunately I haven't gotten mine "running" besides the few seconds it started , before I had started checking durations. That doesn't really count In my opinion till I've ridden it When I had taken my exhaust off , seems my exhaust gasket disappeared after a harsh windstorm and is never to be found. New one should be here in a day or 2. Regarding the jets I put in my carb, I swapped the 70 main for the 85 to try first, but probably closer to the 80 from what I hear. I only have increments of 5 ATM. I know starting rich on the jets is better to avoid seizing from lack off.
