Ok y'all all seen my Kymco Like 50 aka Beautiful Beast and what I did with it . . .blowing up kits. . . .blowing off doors. . . and getting blown off and hit off the road. . . . now I got this 2005 Kymco Super 9 which is nice it's quicker than the beast for sure but will never be as fast due to fact Beast had a Stage 6 upgear kit in her. Now I have since last summer been wanting to build a 65+mph daily driver dependable 2T and finally got the opportunity to do so the first of this yr. This will be a long thread as my funds and health are not what they should be and will determine how long it takes to complete this but it will be completed. I've kinda teased a few on posts about the parts and plans this was supposed to go on the beast for a bit before going on a ruckus I never expected to be forced to get another ride and one that happened to be a LC 2T platform as the Super 9 happens to be. The case, BBK , crank, seals and bearings, and most parts will be coming from Brandon Saylor at Scooter Swap Shop and the case porting and polishing and assembling is being done by my boy Joe which if any of y'all ask in any scooter group on Facebook who should you get to do 2T work in US they will say HIM!!! I could assemble it myself but I want the master to do his magic and have it at the edge. . . ok enough of backstory here is the current situation Euro 2T case. . . Stage6 HPC crank 12mm Stage6 12mm to 10mm reducer bearing Stage6 Streetrace LC 70mm BBK Stage6 bearings and seals. . . This is the beginning many more parts to come but I Just got first pics of rough cuts they look like crap as all first pics do but that will just make the finished pics look that much better and noticeable. . .

So, are those cases for an Aerox or F12? Not even sure there's a difference though?

I do not believe it's Aerox Joe the guy who's doing the porting posted it as Italian Minarelli and Brandon just told me it was the Euro 2T that is LC and rear disk stock and was the best of the best and most parts available I had the money at the start to pay for the best of the best so I did lol. . .

They look like Aerox cases. The only thing that made me think that they might be for a Malaguti is that weird piece of metal attached to the top of the big case. Either way, they're both the same. Maybe the Malaguti is a bit shorter because I think they run 12in wheels? Lucass2T would most likely know.

Hmm, they did make the SR50 with a Mina motor for a few years, so it could be that. They are all Yamaha Minarelli cases though with just slight variations. Excellent motors imo.

I don't believe it's an SR50 engine just that the wheel and brakes will fit it as he offered me an SR50 engine when I was making purchase. Either way it's gonna have the heart of a racer and with the dependability of a cast iron kit. Planning on Yasuni C16 exhaust, Stage 6 or Malossi CVT kit (NOT BASIC) and gears, 21mm Dellorto Carb, still undecided on intake and reedkit.

Will the S6 Street Race work with that pipe? I know nothing about that cylinder. I do know that it'd work with the Polini Corsa. Well, it's similar in performance to the MHR Rep, which works good with a C16.

with the porting and such that is going into the kit I'm expecting 10Kish or more rpms all day and if needed up to 12K I run 9K plus now all day on my S9 the pipe is to put the powerband into the right RPM and I believe the C16 has the one I'm looking for.

I was just looking at that. 80 mph with a Street Race and a C16? I'd have to disagree with you on that.

I guarantee 70+ no problems with proper gearing bro I hit 70+ downhill on the Like and 65ish on flats with gears

the Like don't have the option for over range CVT kits, reed kits, intakes, and high rpm exhausts like the Mina engines have
