I'm actually heavily considering the TPR 86 or the Metrakit pro race 3 but that's only 70. I've got the little Polini I might throw on there until winter then build the motor properly. I originally ordered the Pro Race 3 cylinder, pipe and crank when I started my l/c build. No one could get it at that time so I went with the TPR86. If I ever swap a horizontal into the prebug it'll be a hyper race 70cc. I don't know why but I really want a super high revving 70

For about $12 you can make it yourself. Amber lenses and the lamp pig tails. This is just the stock setup b I have clear turns already I'm gonna run amber bulb with but was concerned about running it like you did that was my original plan

Today's arrivals: Vforce reeds, manual fuel valve, aerox fork legs, stem and caliper. I put some thought into the motor and I think I'm just going to port the Polini that came with the scoot and run that for a bit. Should hold me over then I'll build a LC motor over the winter on down time. My schedule is really packed lately and I don't have time right now to mount radiators and do what is needed. I got a Polini for race and a dellorto 21mm to pair up with it which should run well. free picture upload

That's an Aerox tree, yeah? Please attempt to mount it at some point because I would really like to know how it fits, or if it fits.

You welded the mount for the kick stand?? That would be a true statement... I'm to cheap to get the $40 bolt on so I get the $15 weld on version.

That's cool. But you'd have to get a welder and the know how

My welder is an eBay special that's close to 10 years old or more. I'm surprised it's lasted this long. I can make decent welds with it but I'm sure an experienced welder couldn't. It's got a learning curve to say the least. It's served me well.

The Polini pipe came today and besides being rusty under the clear it looks well assembled. The shop I got it from offered a generous refund for the appearance. Nothing a wire wheel and paint can't fix. Carburetor tomorrow, then I'll try to get some assembly done this weekend.

Kind of like rust blueing on old guns
