Ok just a quick thought, That muffler bracket would be more secure if ya drill a hole in the middle and add another piece to make a Y shape. That way if the bolt loosens up its still secure and more rigid all around Like the Y brackets that are sold on more expensive pipes. I hope I described that ok Also, I see that the silencer is still in place on that muffler. The tip that has 2 grooves on each side. A big ass flat head screwdriver can fit that and make the scoot louder if ya want. I would love to see a video with it on and off to compare the sound. L8R ;D Ya gotta love that!!!!!

That's part of Brent's Theory of Scootativity. The amount of scooters in your collection is directly proportionate with the level of enjoyment you'll experience. = ;D = ;D ;D Sorry, that got a little technical... In layman's terms, More scoots = More fun! Also, I really don't dislike 4Ts as much as it sounds. In reality, I'd like another one. They're still very fun to ride and tinker with. Can I give up one of my 2Ts in favor of a 4T though (can't afford to keep piling up insurance policies)... I dunno about that one.

If I get another 4T, it's gotta have at least 200cc's and 20hp ;D

If i get another 4T it had better have at least a 38inch cut and a real sharp turning radius to get though tight spots in my back yard

I have a 4T and I love it. After years of riding 2T and I mean dirt bikes and ATV's and having to tear them down every so often to put rings in them or to have them bored or sleeved I got smart and said no more 2T's. I just got tired of always working on them and having to mix oil/gas. While I did buy my wife a 2T, it will last her a life time as she hardly rides and when she does it for a 10 mile ride.

Yeah, I must admit I didn't miss figuring out how many ounces I needed at every fill up. That was a nice plus. Had to do oil changes though.

You gotta do oil changes on your car, do you stop driving it because of that. I am getting about 74 miles to the gallon. There is pros and cons to everything. My opinion is ride what you like and enjoy it. I dont dislike 2T, I just prefer 4T's.

My car has a very thick layer of dust. lol
My Venus can do 70MPG... but with wheelies and 60MPH. The SunL 80cc 4T got 65MPG at best IIRC, and I really had to push it to do 50MPH legit. Accel never did impress me with it.
I think I come off too strong about the 4Ts, I really am joking for the most part. Yes, I prefer the 2Ts, but 4Ts can be good scoots. I just happened to own a grade a turd for the only 49cc 4T scoot I've had.

I plan on building a 2T. I have a 90cc long case here that runs great. I am just looking for a rolling frame that will accept the motor and then we will have a wheelie machine. I have a couple spare makuni carbs here from a Honda CR125 that I thought about using. I want semi-knobby tires for it so when I get the urge I can run off the beaten path. Kind of a enduro scooter.

You need a naked scoot like T2 then. Ugly, but so practical. Be perfect for getting dirty.
Sorry we got so OT in here nobake.
