The long case I have is a 2T from a Dinli ATV. I enjoy riding my 4T as it starts every time and gets good mileage. It may not be the fastest scoot around but it gets me to where I need to go and back. I was looking through my bike exhaust systems I have and I found a super trapper exhaust that I am also going to use on the 2T project.

Extra head or base gaskets

the problem is its hitting the head itself and not just the valves though and we cant space it enough to clear the piston bc of the limitations from the timing chain

Awesome job on the build!! so how fast do you go now? im looking to do this upgrade but if only the gain is worth it. i would also be using my scooter a lot so is it reliable? mpg? plus if i were to change the gearing about what would be my top speed?

:welcome: glumaster. nobake hasn't logged in for quite a while now, so I don't know that you'll get a response from him anytime soon. Have a look around the 4T performance section and some of the other builds and you might have better luck. Not sure about his exact kit, but BBKs in general are a great upgrade for 50cc scoots.

The cam chain was tight enough using those 2 gaskets that i left the spring for the timing chain tensioner out. Still concerned me how tight it was going back together but at the time i didnt have a choice but to go ahead with it. 4000 miles now it runs strong. I wasnt sure how the cam bearings would do but it seems to be fine.

Is there anything that doesn't come with this kit that I would need? I noted the wire upgrades.
