The Polini blues I got for the Let's are listed as Yamaha, they'll fit, the Malossi black I got are smaller "Dio sized" springs like the orange stage6 ones.
The ones I got for the Gyro are listed as "Dio" but there tiny in comparison, looks like AF35 SP and one performance model of Lead use these tiny springs.

Looks great from Vegas! And like anything, practice makes perfect.

Vee cut and tapered the end of one of the mandrel bends, the id is now a hair bigger than the port in the Malossi cylinder. It's back to 27.5mm id within an inch or so though. Welds are improving a bit, need a lighter shade helmet badly, just don't have $450 for a speed glass ATM!! Obviously went back and touched up the gap at the end. Attacked the eBay pipe with a hacksaw, almost stuffed it I think, dunno WTF China blend metal they used but it really didn't like the welder, had to drop the amperage way down to stop the edges melting away and it just wouldn't weld cleanly (likely user error but still) Need to get a short length of tube and I should be able to get it all together. Would be so much easier of I didn't have to keep it within the gap between the airbox and the wheel, don't want to melt my tyre lol lol I know it's pretty bad, bit it at least leaves a lot of room for improvement when/if I attempt MK2

for using a tig for the first time you have some really good welds there. with some more practice you'll be welding as good a the professionals.

Hey as long as it's sealed. Cosmetically it can always be changed. Put some gloss black paint on it like your handlebars or just wrap it up to that point.

It's better to have a bit too much weld than not enough. You can always clean it up later.

Bit more cutting, bending and attempts at welding Sounds the part at least, bit rich maybe? Then started mocking up the controls etc on the bars. Need to try and find a late model Gyro park brake lever, ignition and possibly a Dio throttle control that will work with a disk brake lever in place! Going to have a browse on the Japanese sites again if your up for another parcel tsimi?

Anytime buddy. Whenever you're ready.
Are you not worry that oil from the pipe might spill on the tire? Maybe extend that last bend piece?

Any recommendations on controls for this? I originally thought I would just grab some stock Dio ones and be done with it, but as it turns out all there stitches are built into the plastics rather than switch blocks.
Been looking at stock disc brake Jog ones which could work but I can't seem to find any that have the on/off switch for the lights.
Just after something tidy that's going to work with a master cylinder and also not super cheap looking like what I'm finding on AliExpress.

Master cylinder + levers from Aliexpress and throttle assembly and switches from Stage6 or Domino.

I've got a good Dio master cylinder and lever already, might have a look at Ali for a nicer looking one though.
Any links for Domino switches?
Edit: I think I'm going to just go for a stock Jog 100 set for now.
