Since wifey has gone veggie it is up to me to cook my own side meats, "for better or worse!" She makes a good hot peanut paste that works really well on chicken and soups and what-not. When there's homemade Thai red curry or Pad Thai with no Gai.... well damn, that has to be fixed. Free-range chicken, of course. I get the veggie thing but cannot commit.  Slowwwwww cook in iron skillet. Iron & gas makes for good stuff.  When hunger strikes this hit home. No pretty plate make-up now, on account of having a STEAK burrito for lunch!  |

^ You need to upgrade to a 10-gallon pot! I used to brew beer and have a big SS pot that comes in real handy for industry sized chill.

I stick to what I like, 7.5abv won’t steer you wrong. I used to go for troegenator but I can’t stand it anymore. I’ve got my usual restaurant brews that I go for this is my at home go to.
