Hey fuzzyruttin I got the same grill, cooked some of the best steaks and grilled shrimp ever on it yesterday. I am still a bit undecided if I like it as much as I liked my weber style grill. Anyway for today after a krap day of running no cooling service calls in the "feels like 110° heat" I let someone else do the cooking. Thai Green Curry, I gotta watch what I ask for when ordering. I said spicy and she really delivered, cant feel my lips and lost my voice ATM! Lol.  Hell yeahhh... Thai zz good |

Been in mandatory quarantine (save the rant) and have been cooking more. Went to make tuna-noodle casserole w/ chicken the other day, and after I already cooked the chicken, realized I did not have any egg noodles. Finished that off with some fresh cooked brown ride celery & carrots. Couple days later still craving that casserole. Decided to use spaghetti after all. Broke the s'ghetti twice before throwing in the pot, for whatever that's worth.  Turned out pretty dern good.  |

Too busy working at Scootopia to cook, so the wife picked this up and slid it under the door for me.  Good ole Chicken gizzards well done of course. Rice and gravy, fries, a cup of chicken gravy and Texas Pete hot sauce.  |
