Asked wifey about going takeout. She said naw, I'm full, and besides, I gotta go clean up my old apartment. I started making this before she left, and she sort of guessed it was for me? Such guilt, now I have to wait before firing up the kitchen. Red Snapper will be good and ready to Fry Up The Air Fryer ! She says oh honey that smell so good... I'm like yeah baby, that's Garlic!

Well I’ve got ribs on the smoker and decided to make some potato salad to go with it. I need some hard boiled egg for it. Smoker is already going so I tossed a few eggs on there and few minutes later I’ve got some lovely golden eggs. Missed the pic of them sliced up but they are darn tasty. Apparently you can cook ANYTHING on a grill/smoker. I do..

Had these sausage patties left over from grilling about a week ago. Didn't feel like firing up the charcoal grill, so putting them on the iron skillet. Besides, the skillet saves all those yummy greasy juices. Actually got three sesame seed buns and three patties, go figure. Patties frying over peppers 'n onions...

Learning to smoke with charcoal. Ribs last weekend, couldn't get the temperature up, stuck at about 200F for 5-6 hours. Good, but not the classic juicy-fall-off-the-bone good. Smokin chicken now. We'll see. This might turn out to be an oldgeek thing where you take a shot of the empty plate. Figured I'd sacrifice a can of Otter Creek Free Flow IPA as the regulator ... and, just under 250F. Think that should be perfect for chicken, somewhere between 3 to 5 hours.

Hey fuzzyruttin I got the same grill, cooked some of the best steaks and grilled shrimp ever on it yesterday. I am still a bit undecided if I like it as much as I liked my weber style grill. Anyway for today after a krap day of running no cooling service calls in the "feels like 110° heat" I let someone else do the cooking. Thai Green Curry, I gotta watch what I ask for when ordering. I said spicy and she really delivered, cant feel my lips and lost my voice ATM! Lol.
