Do you miss the abundant selection of medical grade marijuana that you had in Washington? In Arizona you might need a medical card. I bet there's tons of sub par doctors that'll just put a signature on a card for you for Under a $100. California you could get a card in the hood for like $80 that same day. Ahhhh the good ol days! 👍

See how the bottom of the piston and the boost port doesn't match? Should I make it match? I've got a Dremel tool. I'm gonna try to polish the exhaust port I think.

You could but you need to be careful not to chip the nikasil cylinder coating.

There is a lot of transfer port shrouding as well.
If you do tackle the nikasil use the diamond burrs.

I'm gonna try to clean up the frame since everything is off. I also might order some fresh plastics since it's all apart again.

Made an intake spacer out of my old reed block.

Cracked the damn plastic of the spacer I made out of the old POS reed block. I think I can glue it tho.
Waiting on some intake gaskets to show up before I bolt up the intake. Already have the cylinder installed and the squish is right (I think).
I'm gonna use a mikuni flatslide 24mm. The mikuni jets are numbered by flow rate instead of size, so I'm kinda shooting in the dark here. I'm gonna try a 32.5 pj and a 120 mj with 32:1 premix and a unifilter.
I just remembered I need a new spark plug. and cht sensor.

A couple things. Wouldn't a very fine stone then polish the grind with Cratex, have less chance of chipping the Nikasil? Next, regarding the pic at the top of page, don't you think that if you need a reed valve on the device you might be using it too much?
