Today I was just trying do see if I could get the wideband to work with out the baby ballistic and ended up tuning. Lol Can't stay off this thing. Is too fun to ride Humidity should drop some but Houston is usually consistently humid AF

New day new run
*Temperature 72F Humidity 92% No rain since yesterday*
Carb settings: Main jet - 102 (down from 105) Idle jet - 32 JJK Needle - E clip in the middle Air fuel screw: ½ turn out from tight
Idle was around 12.5-13.8 Mid range was still too rich 10.3-11.6 WOT floated between 11.8 and 12.5
Will be downjetting to 100 since it feels like the engine has more to give I'm still in the high 6000 to low 7000 rpms

Went to a long road and was able to GET 53mph at around 7100rpm...there may still be more left though. After lunch I'll change it up again.

Id work on the WOT throttle and lean the idle out a little for now. Once WOT is right, then see if you can lean the mid out with a needle clip or needle change. Then set the idle somewhere between 14.7-16:1. WOT is all that matters if all you want is max power, but the rest of it can improve drivability and fuel economy (and emissions, but most of us aren't tuning for emissions). Make sure you've got good throttle response before you call it done.

Got back after a pretty bad run to realize one of my exhaust bolts had broken off. How do I go about GETting it out with out messing up the flange?

Looks like it's sticking out, so get some vise grips on there good and tight and try to loosen it that way.

Since you have time to wait, let some sort of penetrating oil soak in there. Applying heat to the head just before you're ready to try again may also help.

I put some WD-40 on it to soak. My hand torch should help too. 😀
