This rainy weather is killing me. I need to tweak the carb to GET more reliability out of the bike at WOT. Hopefully next week I'll get some time.
Also need to troubleshoot the brake light so I can get the ruck inspected and renew the registration.

All this rain and waiting for my harness is why I took my stem and tree in for PC. Might as well, ain't no riding.

How much should I be looking at getting charged to PC front and rear frame? I want to have some sort of reference I've had bad luck trying to find my own powder coater, a guy I found on Google did a shirty job. So the last time I took my parts Tina custom chopper shop i work with and they have a guy. I took front and rear frames, headlight frame, seat frame and ankle biter CVT cover and it was like $450. But they also cleaned up all my cuts on the rear frame to get the GET tabs off and cleaned up the taillight mount cut to where the rear frame is really smooth and round. They also mounted the rear 8'' fatty tire. So without that and the cuts, maybe $300-400. Also mine was just gloss.black. if you did a crazy color you'd pay more for the powder. But yeah I'd say $300-400 for everything. I'm sure the chopper shop added a little cost to the PC, but since they send it out with a bunch of other work they need done, and always to the same guy, I'm sure there is a discount in there. I messed up by not taking my tree and stem in at the same time.

If you just did the front it'd be maybe 50. If I still had the invoice I could look up the breakdown

That's the ballpark cost I was expecting. I'll have to ask Dom to see how much good was to compare. I'm thinking powder front and rear, anodize the mount, pegs and headlight mount and wrap the BB and tank cover.
But first it has to be reliable on every ride. Then finish up the cosmetics. I'm pretty much just in the dreaming stage.

Nice build, I'm right in the midst of doing pretty much the same thing. I PC'd everything _but_ the tree and rear frame.. wheels, handlebars, hand controls, cvt cover, luggage rack, composimo parts, all the little tabs, etc., 33 pieces total, charged $280. Can't complain, they had everything for about 2 1/2 weeks. Pretty happy with it, but turned out just a tad shinier than I wanted. Ah well.
That looks like the front tire I currently have mounted. Kenda 100/60-12? Too small for my set up, currently have a taller tire on order.
So you're up and running then? Big difference? Can't wait to start mine, still waiting for some parts.

It's just having some issues at WOT. Need to get some time to tinker with the carb to get it figured out.

Is is still breaoing down? I haven't had a chance to mess with the carb yet. Work has been crazy and I've been pretty busy on my days off.

Dude, if you get someone to weld a bung in your exhaust header I'll bring my wideband sensor down, we'll have it tuned in no time.

Dude, if you get someone to weld a bung in your exhaust header I'll bring my wideband sensor down, we'll have it tuned in no time. I was thinking about getting the MNNTHBX bung and taking care of it that way. The wideband just wasn't in the budget so I discarded that idea, but if you're down to make the trip I'll really appreciate it. We can have a Little Kings mini ride afterwards. I'll have to ask around and see if I can get a chopper shop to laugh, then help me with the welding. It'd be nice to have a shop on speed dial.

I got a bung I can mail you I'd you are interested. Then just take your header over to a metal shop (they're all bikers in there anyway) and say you want this there and they'll mark it and have it done in no time. You gotta get a cap off Amazon so when you're done you can plug it up. But ya once I get my stuff back and I'm running I'll cruise down there
