I got a bung I can mail you I'd you are interested. Then just take your header over to a metal shop (they're all bikers in there anyway) and say you want this there and they'll mark it and have it done in no time. You gotta get a cap off Amazon so when you're done you can plug it up. But ya once I get my stuff back and I'm running I'll cruise down there Can you send me a pic of the bung you have? My header goes from 1" to 1.25" so I'll need one that can go over the 1.25" part

Bung with Allen cap You can kinda see where it is on the header. 12 to 18 inches back from the port or the heat will melt the sensor. Bung itself.

You can see the first time i fuxked up and put the bung too close to the port. The welder who put it on said while he was doing it and after I was gone that it's too close, but did it anyway since that's what I asked for. So i just sealed it up with a cap.

Actually your bike isn't too far off from mine. A good starting point I used was the setup from the pwk carb page on TRS except I used a sized JJK needle and the just tweaked the air a little with the wideband. shop.theruckshop.com/Genuine-OKO-BLACK-EDITION-28-or-30mm-GY6-slide-Carb-PWK-Tawian-OKO30MM-BLK.htm?categoryId=-1"Suggested settings: Run air screw all the way in then back out 1/2 turn. Pull Needle E clip and set on the lowest setting on the needle. May need to adjust needle height. Recommend 32 Idle jet and 115 or 120 main. " I have the 28mm, even when it was a 150. 115 main and a JJK needle in the middle position, rather than the stock needle which is more like a JJH needle all the way up. The air screw half a turn out was a good start and the I put the wide band on. Ended up turning it out 2-3 more clicks (maybe another 1/8th a turn) to get it to 12.4 on the sensor at WOT.

Cleaned the carb and backed off the air screw half a turn. After a few tries I got it to start. Took it for a spin around the heighborhood with out any issues. Wasn't able to GET it WOT because there are too many kids around today. If I take the ruck out past a mile radius from the house I'll make sure to take all the tools and the carb cleaner with me.
Now off to troubleshoot the rear taillight so I can pass inspection and stop riding dirty.
