Fuel pump arrived last night. Charged the battery and plugged it in- and it worked. Wheel stand down, fuel pump plugged in, brake on, STARTER ROLLS. I'm going to the store now for fuel line and filter and some gas then I'm trying it. W00t!

It's not as low as I'd expect it. I still need to put air in the tires.

pic of it in the shop w the tires aired up. It started running like crap, like the main jet is clogged or maybe the muffler is full of carbon. I'm gonna cut it off haha, I need to put the new lawnmower muffler on. High performance!

Do you have the stock jets in still? That foam filter needs more go-go juice to meet in the carb.

No I drilled em out to 40/80 and she was running good but would sputter off idle sometimes. I think there's some huge Nevada bug nest in the muffler clogging it up or something. Hopefully the muffler is clogged and not the carb. I don't want to pull that thing out again haha. Kind of a bear to get to.

Sputtering off line may be due to that fuel filter being plugged. 40SJ is probably too large. I run a 38SJ on my 58cc BB. The PO May have played w/ the a/f screw on the carb. A good starting point is 1-1/2 to 2 turns out. GET tuning ! Cheers !

I haven't even checked the a/f screw, I guess i should. I don't have a 38 drill haha, my set goes by 5's. I'm hoping it's the muffler. I've gotta extra fuel filter I should try tho, this one is old. I'm gonna swap the filter, cut the muffler, and look for vacuum leaks in a couple days. I've been busy lately, and when I'm not busy it's raining haha.

I run Met front wheels. I don't think the Ruck front will work w/o a Ruck tree. Dio wheels fit also.
Rear will need the Ruck swing arm (i think you already know this)

I wanna run the ruck wheels w 90/90 tires and the net front fender. Do I gotta run the ruck arm even if I run a small tire? As usual, I'll probably bite off more than I can chew by buying the wheels first and end up having to put a new swing arm and fork on it.
