Thats what i was thinking 3 tanks and if everything is fine at 32:1 i will keep running it. Would it ever make sence to switch to 40:1 just to see about better performance?

I doubt you'll see much difference in 32:1 and 40:1. I just choose a ratio and stick with it from day 1 for my builds. There's a lot of personal preference involved in break in procedures and oil choices.

Yep. I might want to add a racing filter and ditch the stock air filter for the looks of nothing covering the rear whe since i took the fender off and the little added performance. Would the 90 jet be to small for it?

Leave things as they are for your break in.
I'm in danger of being a do as I say, not as I do, kind of guy here. With your stock carburetor, in it's stock location, you will do no better than with your stock air box. When the situation dictates, meaning: the stock air box no longer fits, then you have to look at other ways of filtering your air.
Here is why: 1) a stock air box does an excellent job of keeping the rain/road splash, and dirt, out of your engine, ESPECIALLY for those who have removed the rear inner fender. 2) A K+N, or the sock, type of filters require regular maintenance (cleaning and oiling). On a scooter the filter is close to the ground and if you don't oil it (to trap the dirt) you might as well run a velocity stack with a coarse screen. Once the dirt is trapped you must wash the dirt out regularly, and re-oil. 3) Your carburetor, as it's set up now, is set up to use the air box, remove it and you are into a whole world of pilot jets, main jets, and possibly needles, are you prepared to go here?
Typically, about a 40 pilot jet, a main jet about 100+ are required, with some luck you can juggle your stock needle.

Will there be any problems like overheating or anything running the technigas next r pipe with the malossi 70cc kit. I have to save up for the rs2.

get a 50cc pipe. the stock crank can't take the rpms that, that pipe will make.

The technigas next r is a 50cc pipe i have been runing it on my 50cc all summer. the rs2 is the 70cc pipe in technigas lineup. I have the stock pipe but prefer the weight savings of the next r.
