Ok... I got her back and boy what a bike. So much different than the ruck. It's big, it's heavy.
My ruck will take it off the line and generally has more pep that the vespa... but when the vespa gets up to speed it's a tank. It cruises way more solid than the ruck. I kinda had it set up this way on purpose.
So my Ruck is still my hotrod and the Vespa is the cruiser.
Of course all this was done by feel... so maybe some proper timing is in order.
all in all, i love it.

Your build ended up very close to mine in spec. It's a nice street build that should make for a fun cruise. I'm glad you enjoy it.

I gotta adjust the disc brake or something... one tiny squeeze on that lever and it'll lock it up. almost endo'd a couple of times. :/
