Then tomorrow I shall commence the cutting and assembly! Finally!
And yeah, I’m determined to have this bad boy on the road by riding season in MI. Lugging the Jog up the stairs may be doable, but the Zuma is going to have to go in a couple large pieces most likely haha.

Do I need a spacer of any type in here? The stage six gear appears like it will be a tab shorter on the inner gearbox side and longer on the outside once I bet the bearing on.

The distance between tranny bearings is important,in the belt drive area a few MM's wont matter..

The distance between tranny bearings is important,in the belt drive area a few MM's wont matter.. The shaft is coming up a couple mm shorter than the stock shaft into the bearing in the trans. So I should throw some type of spacer in there?

No spacer is needed. I would recommend some type of loctite between the shaft, cover and bearing. Mine used to separate slightly and end up making the TD rub on the trans cover.
Loctite 680 is what I’ve been using, 609 should work also.
I’m talking about the bearing in the trans cover not the one inside the trans.

Okay sweet. I’ll throw some Loctite in there. Thank you.

Good to know about the stage 6 gears , I was able to just swap the athena gears in with no adjustments .

The Stage6 gears are the only gear set I could find that would be put at the 11:1 I wanted to achieve, aside from a Jasil Racing set I kept seeing around, but I've never heard of them and wasn't familiar with their quality. Next question... for this bearing and seal, do I install the seal from the inside of the case or the outside (wheel side)? (stole this pic from your thread Ryan) I've already got the bearing halfway in the case, so really hoping it seats from the inside of the case or I can wiggle it over the lip and into the groove since I don't have the bearing seated yet.

I believe it’s seal, bearing then clip from the axle side, outside of the oil area.

I believe it’s seal, bearing then clip from the axle side, outside of the oil area. And from any schematics I can find, it just shows that order, but not in relation to the cases themselves. Just trans parts floating in the air haha. I already have the bearing halfway in, so hopefully I can squeeze the seal in from the other side. First of another three 16 hr shifts in a row today though, so won’t have any time to mess around until Thursday and find out.

I don’t think the seal will fit from the other side. IIRC it’s slightly smaller. Just carefully pop the bearing out and start over. Also the writing on the seal goes towards the air side (wheel).

I hope I can get that damn bearing out without messing it up... I have it about flush with the case right now. Might have to get creative. I'm so damn sick of bearings at this point in the build.

Put some heat on the case(propane torch or good heat gun) and the bearing should fall out..
