For now im doing a mid race build i just got the athena evolution 70cc 12mm and i got the athena crank as well. I got the polini for race 4 pipe. And i have a stage6 30mm pwk mkll carb i know its alittle over kill but its a good set up. My brother has a 70cc kit with a 30mm carb and it hauls ass. Plus its a carb i had for a 75cc kit i was building previously and never got to use the carb so i just kept it for this build

I figured it out lol so this is the pics from wen i first picked it up from a used dealership in Delaware. Later on tonight with more time ill post up the details and more pics so that you guys can see the progress.

So i havent been on here much because everyday im at the garage fighting my scooter to try n come out my way lol. But its finally done and running. All i need now is an air filter.

Ok so its a 2003 i got it from a used dealer bone stock. 512miles and ive done everything i could so far. 

so my first step was to upgrade the bars because indidnt want to brake down the motor and do all kind ofncustome stuff cause it was so clean and fresh. So i figured if i make it pretty i can keep it reliable and good. I already had a trail tech vapor and the stage6 carb from a previous build i was starting. Everything was still new in packages. So i got str8 down hill race bars in blue, adlen cnc billet brake levers, stage6 throttle, stage6 switches for my lights and turn signals and horn, i got polini black and blue grips, and bar guards by polini also black and blue, stage6 digital fuel guage, and i did the dual headlight conversion.

I also went ahead and did the polini high speed variator for it.

I was told this was an old mans scooter and he bearly rode it. It stayed at his beach house so it also has some surface rust i had to take care of .

So after the repairs and soldering all the wireing.... it put it back to gether. But i wasn’t satisfied yet.

Then i changed the blue side blastics in the front by your feet. I replaced it for a black one to even out the black and blue. So after this i saw a sale and ordered a 2 fast pipe thats the kit I originally wanted but it was special order so i had to wait. Then it started hitting me how long this build was gonna take. I wouldve been maybe halfway. so after about 2 months i was asking about the pipe and they were like im sorry man its 2 fast they take for ever to make and ship the parts. So i was already looking at wheels in the mean time waiting for my pipe. So i asked if it was ok to get my money back and they told me yea cause its been really long and didnt even get there yet. So i used the money to by my wheels lol amd that started a process🤦🏽‍♂️😂

So to put the wheels i needed tires,hubs,front forks, big brake upgrade,and rear shock plus move the motor over about 0.800 inch. So it took me a few months but I finally gotnit all. I went with the ncy slammed forks and the slammed rear lowdown coilover. And a adelin 4piston caliper with 220mm disc.
