Those shims i was pointing at were the hardest things to make. Because they dont sell this stuff for my scooter year. So i got the whole front for a honda ruckus. Forks(i had to buy custom shims from scooterswapshop) brakes and caliper and adapters was all rucks. The axle was too short and so were those shims. So i had to make them my self and the a le i had to get off a zuma 125.

You are a very serious builder . Scooter tuning was very happy with your high end parts order . It looks like between you and Kenho you bought half of there warehouse out. Those wheels and tires are sweet and thta short bar with the electronic speedometer are very sharp looking.
Now the tuning begins of the carb and cvt. With that pipe you probably are going to need lighter then the 5.6 grams . And at least medium clutch springs to get in the powerband for good takeoff
Post up a sig line of what you have done over stock so other guys can see what you changed over stock so they can help.

Do u know any info on gearing. Im looking into getting some gears next but not sure what to go with. The options i seen on scooter tunning are 13/44 by malossi, 13/42 by stage6 ,and 14/42 by athenaπ€

On my β08 Zuma, I went with the Stage6 13/43 primary gears that gave me a final ratio of 10.91 : 1, I believe. The secondary gears on your β03 may be different than my β08 though.

I have a 2004 I bought the athena 14/42. It added about 6 mph to my top end
2002-2005 14/42 gets you 11 to 1 2008-2011 13/43 gets to 11 to 1
This ratio seems to work best for top end and still having decent take off .

So im having alittle trouble fine tuning now. I got it to start and idle perfect its just chopping alittle bit like a slight hestitation wen i start to get on it i wanna say between 1/4 throttle to wide open.
I had it running ok but it was on the hot side. I got a max speed of 67mph at a max temp of 357 degrees i felt it was a little hot so i upjetted my main and pilot it feels much better in responce but i dont feel its getting the same power witch i expected since im running alittle more rich now. But im still getting a slight hesitation ran out of time but plan to keep playing with it. My needle clip is on the top im gonna bring it down a clip and see how it reacts. I have the air fuel screw out about 2 turns. And currently running 4.2gram rollers. Might go up to 4.5g tho. And i have the orange springs that come with the stage6 tourque control clutch and the spring adjustments at about half way tight. The clutch is grabbing at about 6700-7000 rpms any advice is much appreciated
