67 mph That is smoking fast for air cooled . Do you have temp and tach gauge numbers for your wide open runs .
Sound like your needle to go down a notch or two on your needle to get rid of that mid throttle hesitation. Your cvt should just jump off the line with that pipe and cylinder.

Yea thats whats recorded on my trail tech vapor for max speed and temp. Max rpm is 12570. And wen you say go down a notch or two. You mean put the clip one or 2 notches down?

Yes lower the clip on the needle a couple of notches. Sounds like it needs to be richer. 368 degrees is on the warm side . What does your plug look like ? Specificlly where is the timimg mark on the ground strap . It should be in the bend . Any specs of silver or black in the porcelain ?
I agree with ryan that top performance trophy yellow spring was useless had less tension than a malossi white .

Here is a picture for reading a plug . I was having you look at your plug and see if your temps were reading high see if you on the right plug or if you could go to a colder plug. In ngks that would be going from a 8 to a 9 . If you are getting the mvt ignition you may referring back to this chart .

And im gonna post pics of it now. Im buying a new plug tomorrow a few of them actually. As far as jetting i endded up going up.in pilot i have 45 and main i had a 146 it was much better wen taking off and on lowend. But still had the slight chop or bog in mid throttle. But wen in idile it was reving fine till I open throttle it. So i decided to go up in main one more cause my wide open throttle temps are still in the 340-350 range. Id really like it to be around 312-320 degreese at wide open throttle. Im assuming the cooler plug might also help as well

I really prefer to run an iridium plug but i only found a 9 and a 10 no 8’s

Cast Iron kits on the zuma we run a 8 or 9 for plug Aluminum we run a 9 . Your cylinder head temps may drop more than 20 degrees. With the proper plug

How many miles on that plug ? You are on the rich side . Timing is good . Do some plug chop with some non iridium 9 plugs to check wide open jetting . Go with the iridium 9 for your daily runner plug.

I also have the ncy rear tourque pulley i need to tune my clutch and that pulley. But i want to get my carb tuned up b4 getting into all that. Yes it seems ritch but the temps read pretty high and my exhaust got pretty burnt up by the bend were it connects to the manifold. It has no more clear and looks silverish 🤦🏽♂️

Did you put the 6 plug in there? I have never seen a plug for a scooter that was not an 8, or 9. Should run a whole lot better with a proper rant plug in.
