Had to do a cleaning on the pilot jet they are so easy to gum up . Even though I run sea foam in the gas over the winter . I have not put alot of miles on the one vino this summer . My wife and i have not taken that many rides together .
Cleaned up the slight hesitation . I was getting transitioning at quarter throttle. I had rejetted the main but that was the original pilot .

Stock gears primary: 13/48 = 3.6923 secondary: 13/42 = 3.2307 Ratio: 11.9287 I did go up a size in tires so that does help my ratios .
I am tempted to swap on malossi gears 17/40 that would take me to 7.6 guttiwarrior just proved on his build the Vino can push them with the tiny wheels doing 70 mph . Probably a fall or winter project.
I do like how spunky these little scoots are getting to 40 mph and from his video it looks like he gets to 40 quick.

Thanks Lucass Impressive stuff that is flying These lightweight scooters with shortcase motors respond well to a kit pipe and gears . I catch people off guard with there 125's already with how fast she gets off the line street light to street light . To able to beat the 125's up top would be icing on the cake I need to check the speed ratings on my tires .

I have the wild lion on the vino's The wild lion and polini speed are the same pipe just rebadged gianelli makes the pipe for them I have been testing out a tecnigas silent pro on the zuma These upgraded street pipes are impressive . Like the Stock pipe they have power every where Just more of it and they are about 10% faster since they run 800-1000 rpms with power compared to the stock pipe . They do need a 5-10% upjet Because they flow better. You could get buy with no trans tuning. A notch tighter springs and a notch lighter variator weights over stock just really makes these scoots wake up. After testing both the wild lion is a notch faster on take off and the silent pro is a notch faster on the top end. I would take either of these pipes over any of the lower end expansion pipes . They are cheaper power is comparable and the cvt needs very mild tuning Malossi Wild Lion on top ,Tecnigas Silent Pro ,Tecnigas Next R then Yasuni R at the bottom.

Got both Vinos out of storage Pumped up the tires Gave her a quick once over on lights brakes Kicked over after about half dozen kicks too fill the carb Let the Engines warm up to and ran down the road mostly wide open 8 mile run . I live in the country so every road within 100 yards of my driveway is 45-55 mph . A Stock 50 cc would be dangerous Temps settled in at between 300-305 degrees wide open . I still have the winter Jets in so I can drop down a jet size.
Scooter Season is Here Now I just need my carb parts to come in for the zuma .

Took both scoots for a long run 30 miles each to clean out the gas . Definetely have to drop the jets . Both are running top end about 50 mph and topping out in temps at just over 300 degrees on the wide open runs My vino has a slight hesitation at take off My wifes idle is hanging a bit . Looks like time for a carb clean on stock carbs or time to upgrade to 17.5 dellorto .

Got the Carbs in Shape and Jetted them both to a 70 Mikuni Put a good 40 miles on one 8 miles wide open run Temps peaked 316 So I am in a good range the 72 jet was just a little fat .
Peak rpms on the mildly ported Malossi/WildLion Combo to 9400-9500 rpms before the jet change peak was closer to 9300 rpms The other Malossi Wild Lion combo revs up to 9100-9200 rpms When before jetting had a hard time breaking 9 K
The Mild porting was a 1-2 mm raise on the exhaust port Gave me a little more Peak rpms Both Malossi Exhausts ports were polished for better flow
