Great info here! I think I have a Yasuni R on order... Or I may be feeding a scammer. Got a ship notice last night after two emails, but still hasn't gotten to USPS yet.
I'll withhold the vendor until I know one way or another.

Got the Bug at 830 pm Stripped down my Zuma and ripped off the Malossi Head . Installed the Athena on Thinnest Base Metal Gasket and Cylinder head gasket have me at 1.8 squish . I always install the One Circlip on the bench Usually I am swearing up a storm putting in the 2nd circlip Crawling around on the floor but both just clipped in easy. One ring Cylinder also are much easier to slide the cylinder. It's Late I will remeasure Squish Tommorrow . Wish I had a Polini Head to tighten this up . 2 options the Athena head with Just Copper Spray Or I can try to use the Malossi head on the Athena Kit .

I would see what the squish is with just copper spray on the Athena head first. It's never just an easy bolt on, is it? Are the transfer ports lining up ok?

The Malossi Head is not a big improvement over the Athena with a head gasket Athena with copper head gasket 1.88 mm Athena Copper Spray 1.4 mm Malossi Head 1.68 mm The Polini Head Trick is the way to Go Paired with the Athena . Kenho got his down from 1.3 to .9 with just the Polini head swapped in the Athena heads place. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/25916/kens-08-zuma-build?page=20With all the Base gaskets that Athena . It is nice that I have 2 different Base gaskets that line up close for the transfers . I have a A Margin For Error as I deck the head . Time to track down some sand paper and piece of glass for some figure 8's.

My tools to replace a bad seal .A drywall screw tapped into old seal and then turned a few threads to pull out . A dowel rod for tapping and best of all since I Could not find any pvc around the house .The inside of a scotch tape holder for tapping the seal into place .

Never found an easier way. Still don't like doing it. I actually brought a seal driver a while ago. Never thought I would, but it seats them at the correct depth. No guessing.

Yeah these are a pain to get out . A Drywall Screw with a few taps and then screw in a few threads till its solid and pull the seal out with pliers . Getting to correct depth takes a little bit of feel as it seats with a light hammer . A before Picture is very also helpful. Before you Tube and cellphone cameras we had to draw actually pictures and read manuals . Times have changed .

The phone has become such a great tool. Just take pictures as you go. Especially things like wiring. I remember the old days. Taking things apart. Then six months later trying to make sense of my sketches. 😂

Some pages were missing . I had my wife redraw my tuning picture above for dialing in my weights or You guys would never be able to read my scratches . I just figured I should do the best job I could bringing my post up to date so the next guy can learn from it .

Looking to replace the stator side seal. It was going to easy using the 17x1 flywheel puller and a little WD40 on the stator nuts . This Last Screw is going to need some time for the wd40 to penetrate maybe heat . I really hate the soft screws yamaha uses on these scoots . I usually swap them out for allen heads .
