I forgot about the 10" wheels on a Vino (I had one myself) If your payload is light enough you might be alright.

It's going to be interesting to see how it goes. Might be a little scary too!

not bad for the first gps test run...again I went from low-mid 50s to 60s with the gear change. Lost a little of my wheelie power but hopefully will tune that back now for my kit, 70cc, I’m above the 8500 and into the low 9s with the gear change. I can change rollers so the transition from primary to secondary is smooth but again lies the question, if peak is at 8500, is there a peak for my pipe I have? Any reason to be in the 9-10k at this point? Tuning tuning tuning. Figuring it all out! I have NCY 26mm forks coming along with a 200mm disk, new triple tree to do the conversion, and front master setup. After that is some Michelin tires!

Nice work Did you take pictures as you installed the gears.
The malossi 70 cc is basically done at mid 9's The Flip looks like it is low to mid 9's pipe like the yasuni z ,leo vince x,tecnigas next r
I did have to drop weights alittle bit to get the same shift point fro rpms when I switched gears.

I didn’t but it was a big different going from 12-1 to 7-1. Lol I didn’t notice any gear noise either. I’ll have to get a gps video soon and post

Wow A disk Brake on a Vino Do you have a part list with item numbers and a supplier . I have 2 vinos I would be very interested in better brakes and suspension.
Brakes and suspension are the only weak points on the Vino IMHO . They are very easy to make fast .

so what you all think about running just the front over range variator and keeping stock rear so I wouldn’t have to cut my case? I have a longer belt now....
