Is your crank's wrist pin bearing a 10mm or did you upgrade to 12mm pin? That disk brake setup is clean BTW.

I just checked back in on this thread, WoW! Nice conversion on the front disc brake What a lousy stock front end they come with. I have the opportunity to buy my Vino back from the guy I sold it to cause he lost interest in scooters. I gotta say it is tempting.

tuning. Tuning. And more tuning. Smoother out my shifting with the ncy pulley. Went with the lesser of the incline on the pulley. With porting and some upjeting I gained a good 4mph or so. Stronger pulls. The new front end is really getting tested! next will be reeds. I’ll install them tomorrow and upset again and start mapping out a tune again. Currently, 38/36 and in the middle for the pin.

got any tips for the dual throttle to single conversion?
I am slogging through that now and can't seem to get it right. Had the cable cut way too long so I trimmed it down and it is somehow still the same amount too long.
I dunno if I didn't cut the cable now. I thought I did but maybe not. Maybe just the housing.
How much of the cable did you have exposed into the throttle grip? I can't seem to get it right.

I used a cable off a zuma. Get rid of the other cable. Just use one notch on the vino throttle. Put a screw on the other hole as a stopper. That’s it.

Okay. So after playing around with different kits, porting, reeds, you name it,...this is a pretty fast vino. Gps 64 on flat road not tucked on a random day. I can have my buddy jump in there which is 30lbs lighter and he can make the speedo go around and touch the zero. 68-70 for sure. I am achieve that behind a car as well....that’s cheating though I want more power. MORE. SO. let’s play a game. Corsa. Meh. Would be a good upgrade. Needs some close attention to oil ratios and I still would be in the 70cc line. Getting to the same speed faster plus a few more. Mhr. Very nice as well. Still. Not the jump I want. I want to be able to feel scared. Like I will die. With a twist of my hand. That kind of jump..... These parts below are getting setup into the next engine going into this vino. It will be a jog 90, with a 54mmx45mm ported and mapped to its finest. Gears, bigger variator, stock wheel, 28mm carb, reeds, everything. THIS is the jump you all will be able to witness here. Over 100cc of wheelies and torque that will make you puke on a tiny vino. Special shout out to Frank at All Jog. Aka vino god. This all wouldn’t of been even thought of without him. I’d just slap a rc 1 and call it a day but what the quads are doing, our vinos will be doing. 😎 Subscribe and stay tuned....
