Frank is the man when it comes to 90 setups. I just read this whole thread thru and you said in the beginning "I want to keep this tame.". Now on your last post you said "I wana be scared when I twist the throttle." 😂 😂 😂 😂 I REALLY like where this is going!

It probably went something like this .
Mom Dad I was just going to have a few friends over Listen to some Music .
Parents come home and find Guns and Roses on Stage in the Back Yard with Just a few thousand of Gutti's closest friends over .
Gutti doesn't do anything tame or lame .

That is awesome .
Pulling away from cars on the Vino .
You sure have a solid build can you post up what your build is right now so we all know what it takes to get the 70 mph video .
Before you swap for 100 cc
It was good to see your temp gauge also to show others that you can jet for real safe temps and still get plenty of power .
You just leveled off at 300 degrees when you were on the throttle and you juiced the throttle a few times as you came off the throttle to keep from part throttle high temps .
Alot of people seize up on deceleration .
So its good to point out for the next guy.

Definitely will get the whole list together! I’ve been trying to keep my signature up to date but it needs some tweaking. You mentioned Sussex county....where you at?! Before I remove the engine I’ll make sure to do a full walk around and detailed parts list. I MAY have the engine and whole setup for sale so you just have to bolt onto another vino.....pm anyone if interested!
It took a lot of work to get there and some help from some awesome people but with the right knowledge, it’s all possible. Before I did the gears it was a beast not wanting to be tamed. Wheelies every light. Beating my friends mopeds out of the line. I was told about this belt I’m running and after putting it, it maxed out the pulleys and variator. Wasn’t enough. Gears. Lighter rollers. Countless runs to make everything perfect! It’s a solid build and has no flaws.

If you were to see a flat Black and orange Kymco that sounds like a 150cc then that's me. |
