I have been searching for "scooter brake hose" and found only junk. Since Summit has all of these fittings and hoses to choose from, I may have to do something dumb like go down through the center of the steering tube with the hose if it will fit.

I have these on Yamasaki and they are good quality and have been holding up just fine. I’ll measure the originals from the Zuma this weekend for you. www.ebay.com/itm/263315692337

Looking for a front brake line about 39" long. The stock Kymco ZX line does not fit, one of the ends is clocked 90° off. What am I supposed to do? Order them until you find one that fits? Lol Does anyone know how long the OEM hose for a Bugeye is? It is expensive but the quality should be good. BWS/ZumaThe front on my Zuma is 39”, a Prebug is the same or slightly longer and is braided style. The prebug is what I’m currently using on my Bugeye.

With that right rear swing arm you maybe figure a way to make a rear disc brake conversion.

I think I am finished cramming stuff under the seat There are 2 different types of rectifier regulators in there. Only one will be used at a time. Depending on which one I need, all I have to do is move a couple wires to switch between them. I finally came up with a mount to hold the front end of the frame stiffener in place. The frame stiffener has to be removeable to allow for fuel tank installation and removal. I still need to drill a hole in each side of the mount to pass a bolt through and weld something to the frame for the mounting bolts.

Coming together super well. Looks awesome. I want to build my own harness soon.
What is the purpose of the two different regulators?

There will likely be different motors in this scoot over time and they will likely have different stator setups. A normal stator setup will use the smaller half wave R/R. The larger R/R will be used with a floated ground stator setup. I may even experiment with a 3 phase R/R at some point.

If I had as much foresight in my teens and twenties, as you do with this scoot, I’d be on one of them damn rockets headed into outer space. Impressive.

What size are the stock secondaries in these scooters? Trying to figure best ratio with the malossi 16/32 or Jasil 15/33.

Got another question. Have you ever used a Charmo 50mm bore? Because the cylinder skirt blocks section of the intake port. I was wondering if I can cut the section out of the skirt and my cylinder would still be ok. I'll see if I can get pic and post tomorrow and get you opinion.

Primaries are 13/40 Secondaries are 13/45 for a final of 10.65 which is pretty good coupled with the 12" wheels. The gearbox in these Kymco motors is different from the AF16 gearbox. I have not seen secondaries that will fit the Kymco. There is a set of primaries from Malossi for the Kymco but they are very tall and bring the final to 7 something, which is just too much.

I have a Charmo 50mm LC cylinder kit, is that the one you are talking about? I may be building it up, however the stroke that it seems to need is around 44mm. I believe this particular kit was made for the Peugeot Speedfight. You should be able to trim the piston skirt a bit without causing any problems.
