Too big or too small both cause problems. You can use solder to fill the hole and re-drill, but it's easier to work up step by step.

That would be a 125. I would start out with whatever you have or get that's the next size up from your current jet. Whichever bit is the smallest that doesn't fit through the jet, use that to start.

Test ride. See how it performs. Look at the plug. Go up another step if it still doesn't seem right. If it starts getting worse, you've gone too far.

Right side of the engine, near the front. This is a GY6 50, pretty much the same though. See the hole just behind the valve cover and the tip of the plug sticking out? You'll have a plug wire leading you right to it. A look with the shroud off.

That and the appropriate cylinder head would turn it into a 150 instead of a 125. Should be good for improved performance all around, including more top speed. A long shot from 130km/h though. Maybe on the stock gauges, but accurately more like 100-105km/h I'd think. Check out the banners on the main page of the forum. You can find stock and upgrade parts for this engine there too. PFS even provides measurements of different bits so you can be sure it's right.

You just aren't going to see a 30% gain in top speed from going to 125 to 150. Maybe 10%? I dunno, I'm heavy so the average 150 does about 100km/h with me on it.

The jet size I've seen most often on a 150cc setup with a uni filter is 120, so recommend you don't start with the 125. Try a google search, like, 125cc jet size, and you may get some forum hits that are relevent to what your doing?
