Weight in the Variator ? do u mean the Roller Weight ?....Can I just cut off my Mufflers so It has bigger hole?

Yes the roller weights. Yes you could but I would suggests one of Brents muffler mods before you go that far.

I accidentally Break the thing on A on the picture while taking off the nut to get through the Rollers....Should I find the original one or does it fit with other too and what the thing in A Called? that looks like a fan ?

Hey Guys ! I just changed my Roller Weight ! what I get is....My Engine Rev more then before....but the problem is its rev high but the speed kinda low than before....and my engine temperture raising faster....any idea?

The rollers are too light now. You could try mixing the new lighter weights with stock and see if that gets a better result. Stagger them in the variator... light/heavy/light/heavy/light/heavy
More RPM = More Heat

Don't understand the rise in engine temp. Less load on engine (engine now turns faster relative to the rear wheel) and more cooling fan speed should mean cooler operating temps. For wheelies you need significantly lighter roller weights (close to one half the original one's weight probably) and stiffer clutch shoe springs that wont engage your clutch till around 4000 rpm. Top speed will be sacrificed but hill climbing will be much better. CVT tuning is a cut-and-try process requiring several ventures under the CVT cover. A worn or narrower drive belt will have much the same effect as lighter roller weights. Also adding length via thin washers the same inside and outside diameters as the hollow rod-like spacer the outer front pulley is fastened against and the inner one slides on (usually called the variator drive boss) will give quicker take off and a better chance of wheelieing.

Ah, sliders. I've never tried, but I believe 2strokd mentioned at some point that you could mix rollers and sliders with decent results.

I think they'd be fine. I guess the only real issue would be if the sliders opened the vari too far and the rollers could come out at max speed. I don't think that would happen with a stock vari, but I've never tried it.
