I tried a few different carbs to see if any improvement could be made, after I fixed my reeds in the vforce 3 , WOW IS IT EASY! I had no idea the thing was modular, I really appreciate the design even more now. st.ca were the guys who told me and showed me how to replace the reeds and they sent me two tip performance replacements, free of charge I might add! after they showed me how easy it is, (super easy for me because I only needed to change outer two l, inner reeds slightly harder but still easy.) I checked if the reeds on my two jog style (ali express) vforce 3 would be interchangeable and they were.
so with the reeds all sorted back to the carb tuning, I first attempted to use a 30mm pwk that was brand new and a peice of junk... couldn't get fuel to not continue to drain from every single place possible, left after sealing the major leeks I realized that had leaked I to my cylinder and literally filled it up with fuel! then I tried the polini pwk 28 that I had used before, and it acted extremely rich almost to the point of dying out when I started to lift the throttle it would eventually clear out but took forever. . . went back to the 28 roundslide but this with a larger main jet from a 138 up to a 142 and it really moves at WOT instead of slowing slightly which I thought was due to a rich main jet.... sure glad I learned I was lean the easy non expensive and painful way... goes to show that because I rarely was able to fully open the slide and the needle setting and idle setting were good I had little evidence of a lean condition so I thought it was rich the whole time when in reality the idle jet may be a tad rich but the mj was actually small. I have a feeling that this bigger jet is only now needed because of the pipe upgrade and that it was probably fine with the other pipe.
Now, as before, it's what I would expect doing a bump of cocaine would feel like every time I start it up, lol. went on the same stretch I do for high speed runs and unfortunately the street light in the middle changed so I was only to really do half of the distance but was still able to hit 72! I don't know oh exactly how far off a stretch this was but I wanna say like two blocks or so¿? for sure can hit 60 in the distance of 1 block in suburbia which is way better than its ever been loving life and crossing my fingers my sketchy stator plate stays strong!

yo thanks reph I need all the good mana, karma, juju u can get. Just got got out if another life or death situation when my slide got stuck at wide open coming up the hill of makakilo right at bottom were there is no grass on either side, just a curb and a wall which has a drop of 30feer down to HW below... other side is oncoming traffic and the last lane is cars going onto HW so usually traveling fast... as soon as it happened luckily I wasn't already at a high speed so I was able to use breaks to slow it down to maybe 10 15 miles per hour, (surprised they were able to do that at full WOT) . but second or two after slowing to nit quite a stop bike found its resonance and my dear friend became my enemy. So as the bike started to increase in speed Babe from about 10 to Maybe 15 or 20 miles per hour I realized that would be my best opportunity to bail and it would only get worse if I stayed on All of this happening in a second or 2, Luckily there was no cars in front of me whatsoever and The light was still green for me so the cars that were coming off of the highway that would have been driving across the intersection that the bike ended up at were still stuck at their red light. I've had worst Bales before and Luckily the bike was already starting to die when it stopped sliding Most importantly I was able to pick it up and limp it over to the nearest sidewalk And the bike aside from cracked floor plastic d*** and a completely snapped off front break lover Seem to be OK.
The most important part of all was thatI was well enough to diagnose the problem which I believe was that the twist on cap it's on cap was a few turns untwisted which allowed the slide to go up a little higher thus allowing it to be a the above where the guidance pins are R that allowed the slide to literally to literally turn in the barrel Beryl as so the Pins would prevent it from coming back down because the slots were now misaligned, So after putting it back twisting the cap and testing it a few times I was able to kick kick it and sadly it started to die out instantly but I thought that there couldn't have been any engine damage because the bike turned off immediately afterwards and the engine wasn't ever hit so I got it to start and I basically How did you keep revenge it and it would act really buggy boggy at lower throttle positions And would only start to clear out at maybe half throttle But at that point I figured f*** it if it'll make it up the hill then then I don't give a f*** if it does a little damage or a lot of damage to the d*** engine because I need to get home to get some ice on my f****** knee. When I got home and I locked the bike up I realized that the cap I had over the bottom drain on the float must have been knocked off during the crash just like the air filter was it was and fuel was leaking out of this thing at a very fast rate so so what I thought was extremely lean conditions coming up the hill at los rado what was exactly that I figure the fuel was draining so fast that the idol jet never got any feel at all and would only really get feel wget fuel when the slide was opened enough to allow The main jet 2 enter fuel which probably got at least a little bit because it was much lower in the bowl...
So that's 4 times that this bike has Tried to snuff me out or rather 2 times it was another car that hit me or forced me to bailOne time was a stuck throttle cable so that was my fault fault and this time it was a stuck slide which is only my fault because I chose to go with a carburetor that wasn't name brandBut also my fault because somehow I allowed the top to come halfway unscrewed, Needless to say I don't think I'll be using round slide carburetors much longer as the PWK this would have not ever been possible.. So I am gonna save up for a genuine kehin, unless the stage 6 made by koso are of decent enough quality, if koso is as good as oko genuine may just go there, as long as they use slides that never start to peel or flake like my polini pwk did,... I bought it slightly used so maybe the slide was changed without me knowing it but everything else was legit I just qonder because my polini cp slide NEVER peeled or flaked, anyone with a polini pwk lmk if ur slide 8s still 100% otherwise I will have to put a keihin on layaway lol....

even more now i am Happy for you! im happy you are still alive and walking my braddah! Blessings to you and may you be kept from harm's way.
i liked your video and the music. "me and my moped, we both like to smoke". yeah you!
might be time to put some green Ti leaves and a lil' bit Hawaiian Salt in your seat bucket for some good Mana.
when my GF and i moved into the cottage we live in at Kailua, i used to get bad dreams. the cottage had some strange juju. even on the first day we brought the my GF's cat to the cottage, it took him a long time to "clear" the house. so i put green Ti leaf plants at the 4 corners of the house and sprinkled some Hawaiian Salt at the doorways. the bad dreams stopped, but then the glass doors to the old cupboard in the kitchen would open up on its own in the evening. we would be in the living room watching TV and see the glass door slowly swing wide open. until finally, it happened one night and my GF said aloud, "it is okay Jessie. We like your house and we will take care of it. you can go home now." after that, the door does not open any more. when we first moved in, the landlord said that the cottage was her grandmother's house and to write the rent check to the Jessie Daniels trust. my girlfriend and i believe that Jessie passed away in this cottage and that she was the one that was opening the cupboard door in the evenings.
but yes my braddah, BLESS BLESS!

Yeah I gotta remember the salt.... I always thought it was red T plants on each corner of the house not green tea... But I am pretty sure that my old lady's funeral when we put her in the water wrapped in some sort of leaves maybe banana or taro ? Me and her sister both dropped a tea leaf in the water afterwords to symbolize something special....she used to make basically Hawaiian moonshine out of tea plant roots or leaves not sure, but she said it was called something like ahui ho , or whatever translates to knock u on ur ass! maybe okole ho, lol

ok so I'm buying a new carb , what should I get ? I was thinking about a VHST 28MM LIKE Brent has on his rc 1, figure of its good enough for that.. . choice #2possiply a Makuni 24flatslide? #3 and least fav option because of cost a genuine kehin 28mm ...will be awhile to save for that... the other two I can get for half the price so does anyone want to tell me why or if a dellorto 28 flatslide or a 24mm Makuni vm isn't on par with a kehin pwk?

The mikuni's design dates back to the mid 80's. Suzuki RM models (125, 250, 500) had Mikuni TM flatslides. It looks like that technology didn't really evolve. The Keihin PWK model range is a bit younger. Dellorto VHST is from somewhere in the early 00's? Not sure about that last one tho.

go for the typical hawaiian OKO 28 PWK ! lol. nah
--that liquor from Ti leaf plant is made from the roots of the plant. it is called okole hao.
--i was told long ago growing up that red Ti leaf was for the graveyard, not your home. Green leaf is the one for good luck.

808ministroke you gotta add an LED strip light to the seat fairing to backlight the emblem that you have cut out with the mesh will "glow" at night. im sure your Filipino Fabricator can make that happen. might as well put an underglow LED strip under the bike too . i'm half Filipino, and if that was my bike, i would do it.

808ministroke i hope the fork fits your frame. the Chinarelli frame tube is just way too long for that fork to fit on any of my frames. i got it from 808 Cycle Center so i am assuming that it is for "DIO" or Elite mopeds. will be neat to see if it fits up to your REXY frame.
