808ministroke you gotta add an LED strip light to the seat fairing to backlight the emblem that you have cut out with the mesh will "glow" at night. im sure your Filipino Fabricator can make that happen. might as well put an underglow LED strip under the bike too . i'm half Filipino, and if that was my bike, i would do it. I know you have yet to see it with Zhe tail light assembly on it though, my license plate is attached were it usually sits so have to make another m9unt for plate cuz the tail p9ghts really complete the look. oh and I finaly am talking to someone who is helping me get a torsen arm for the rear, team Arco I believe.

too much Burn out Burn out in your parking lot that's why! nah, i just kidding. time for us drill out that other broken bolt so that hole is usable again. i found my helicoil thread repair kits. if it is M6 screws, no problem, i just had to helicoil one of my intake manifold bolt holes this weekend. i did the torque-till-loose and ripped the threads out of the block. and this time around, put some Loctite or some sort of thread locker on your stator bolts/screws. -- on a side note: in highschool, my brother's friend gave me Tamiya Bruiser rc truck. it has a metal frame and it used screws and nuts to hold the frame together. some of the nuts and screws would loosen up after i would run the truck. my mom noticed that i was always having to tighten up the nuts. one day, when i was working on the truck, my mom gave me a bottle of her nail polish. she told me to take the nut off the screw, put some nail polish on the threads of the screw and then install and tighten the nut. how she learned that, i have no idea, but it worked for me back in the late 90's in high school. ...if you don't have loctite, use nail polish

I Would definitely appreciate a walk through of the steps involved or if u can make it outgere sum how I can repay you for the stem. clox ticking cuz I just scored a MHR Team 2 ignition seems WAAAY better than mvt plus I never used lights anyway just ran off battery so whole system will be simpler and more dynamic can't wait hopefully I have the third mounting hole ready by next week so I don't do something stupid which I am known for.

Well so long with that old MVT time to kick the frenchie to the side and make room for malossi. thanks to a forum member (sorry I don't member his name right now) Jason B. this beast is going to be 90% Italian. Jason hooked me up with a mhr team inner rotor Right off the bat what I have to say is the difference in quality Compared to my old one is completely night and day the stater plates the rotor every single component down to the wire connections is A completely new level I understand now why these things sell for $500 regularly it's really the case of you get what you pay you pay for and I gotta say For those of you who are thinking about spending the $300 or so to get an MVT you might just want to save up until you can afford something a little bit nicer but nicer and I can't imagine any other companies coming out with a nicer one than what I'm holding in my hand it's just too solid. Picture soon

Oh and one question am I supposed to have the Woodruff key installed there is a cutout for it but maybe that is just for using thr static map as it would be essentially same as factory stock timing.

Alright so I have the the team Ignition installed to what I believe to be the correct alignment I've I've tested for spark and it makes great spark however when I go to start it all I can hear is a backfire if anything, The only thing that I don't have hooked up so far is the kill switch the switch would that be the reason why it's not starting? I wouldn't think so because I still get spark but maybe a kill switch doesn't need to be installed in order for it to run anybody know about these iggys?

Okay anyone wondering what the issue was .... I was aligning the mark to a completely different mark on the rotor than the correct one , basically was 180° off. set it up right and fired right up++=) now I have a lot of carberaturer tuning to go just happy I can actually tune again!

okay I can officially report my findings in the differences between stock,MVT DIRECT, AND mallosi Team iggys. without a doubt each of these setups I used were a entire step above the previous one as listed in the order above.
I wasn't expecting any more power from the mallosi thinking that the MVT had an aggressive curb already. Having different maps is the key, the fact that there are maps specifically f9r your application, is a must if u want to go all the way. I want to buy the program able cdi for the mvt and compare its maps, I will use it on my water cooled minarelli which needs the lighting anyway so mvt will be put to good use also. I gotta say the things snaps the wheel up harder than ever before, no joke scary shit, but the good k I nd of scary

OK this is an emergency so I now have 2 of the 3 Threaded slots for holding the stater plate Filled with broken screws, Me and my friend attempted to Remove them or even just drill them out and put bigger threads, No such luck.
I am off to see if maybe some thread inserts might work I'm also contemplating maybe just JB welding the stater plate directly to the case If anybody has a good idea of how to accomplish this without such drastic measures please let me know ASAP as I will not rest until this is fixed.
