is it too late for M7 Countersunk Bolts ? don't you still have 2 good holes? ever-hardware.com/m7-countersunk-bolts-carbon-steel-black-oxide.html I can't really follow everything you guys said here . I can't get a good picture in my head of the whole thing so maybe I'm way off base . but maybe these will help. black oxide ; don't know there strengths .

Well the problem is I tried to go to M7 on 1 of them I think and that's what imploded the whole thing On the top thread, So yeah it's too late for that the other 2 holes could possibly be saved I just don't have enough expertise to save them.

I'm almost done! I have all the bolts cut , found out that I was originally correct thinking that the top case bolt was too far off center to fit on the stator plate. so I t s gunna be the three on the bottom, and I already have the pilot holes drilled on the plate , even finished one of em! so I'm soo close! still have to file flat two of the spacers and add washer to one ,(lockwasher prbly) . I never would of thought I'd get th I s close and here I am thanks yalll Nice work, people don't relise installing digital ignition isn't a simple as it sounds, well it is except for the base plate

So I finally scored a decent deal on a nice brand new power w Washa ah . Got a solution which is meant to be used on aluminum and as a degreaser This weekend I'll be Spring down both my piazzio build as you're billed and also my second rexy frame as I will be selling the air-cooled block that's on there this weekend and putting on my cleaner water called block in its place, This way I won't have to put a immaculate block onto a filthy filthy oily frame. And it will just feel so great to have some sort of sparkling bikes again supposedly I should be able to get rid of the chalk in this on the aluminum as well which will be amazing my washer goes up to 3000 PSI, Show my questions are as far as the aluminum blocks how high as far as PSI would you guys recommend I go? And how far should I go for the frame and tires and also how far should I go for the exhaust pipe. Hopefully I get to get some responses before this weekend but anyway it doesn't matter if I fuck up the first time because this is a new chapter for me. Maybe I'll actually have somewhat cleanly bikes from here on.... One can only dream... On a even more bad ass note my friend Paul who was wrongfully set up was released from prison and now is off his ankle bracelet so he was able to move back into his old house which means his machine shop is back in business.... I'm actually going over plans with him to possibly build some center pieces to make by cylinder mopeds maybe even for other platforms wouldn't that be fucking coo.. Anyways I'm gonna have him using my stock uncut short half piazzio case and a brand new stage 6 stater plate which is identical in all necessary ways to the melosi plate with his precision and drill press and such I will cut the holes for this new plate much more precise and get much more level spacers and such and I'm sure that when hes done with it I won't have the issue I just had with a screw breaking off or anything like that I'm a feeling by next week it will be solid as can be.... And I just got a new master cylinder for the brakes so should be safe also I'm really stoked for the next weekend CHYEEE HEEE

okay So I was wondering if my cooling system is suficent seeing as my radiator in fr9nt is decent size larger than say a motocross rad (140cm corsair liquid cooled pc radiator) and also is infront with very little interference from the full air swooshing by.
however I co7ldnt imagine it to be sufficent for my engine even though I only tendens to take short trips around my neighbor hood so I added an even smaller rad under the seat. now I used to run a fan behind that one but haven't been recently, my question is really about my pump thou g h. i have always ran a 12v solar water yesterday pump that moves like 3 or maybe 5 liter (or gallons) per min. i think Would my bike benefit from switching the pump to one that moves though coolant faster when I run this pump and I open the radiator under my seat I could see the stream that's coming through and it's definitely a very slow Current.

So I got it all set up yesterday Took a few Kix but when I finally pulled the choke on it started up. It ran pretty well for about a minute then started to act as though it was super lean or just getting starved from fuel. At first I figured well I did put more than the usual amount of oil in this gas so that plus not having a filter maybe was causing it, So I added some better gas and a bigger main jet, And still no go. I tried again late at night only to find out that the Fuel pump Was leaking from a section at the very bottom which was a plastic piece that screws on and off it was screwed halfway out and leaking feel like a maniac. So I screwed that back in try it again no luck, Figured it was a Fuel problem And then I was looking at the Ignition manual for my melosi ignitiand I remember switching the limiter yesterday because I thought it was not on no limit turns out I had it set to limit itself to like 10500 RP so so crossing my fingers when I switch that back to no rev limiter hopefully everything is AOK either way the Ignition situation is solved and I could worry about the little Grimlins

Oh yeah one important question for you guys I haven't been using a overflow tank at all on this build, Is one of those completely necessary am I losing out in cooling efficiency for not having an overflow tank Let me know you guys.

So after realizing that my round slide car wasn't going to work with a different advertiser that was taller than the original one that broke I confirmed this once I removed the spark plug and it indeed looked very lean, I had originally installed my 33 mm Keihin, but I had an air leak which was between the rubber boot flange and the metal intake. I was able to solve this by cutting a custom gasket and adding ultra gray, sadly however when I went for a ride I didn't even get to the end of my road before the carb fell out of the boot. fitment was never good honestly never even adequate. here's a picture of me trying to hold it in the boot as best as possible, it don't go all the way in I think it may be the nothch on the engine side may be to long c ompared to notch in boot, Sadly I have looked everywhere imaginable to try to find a quality adapter for this carburetor and have come across absolutely nothing the only thing that even Came close was designed for band somewhere around my house I have those exact intakes they're either the wrong bolt pattern or they're angled and will not work anyone have any advice on how to get this to work I would greatly appreciate it.
