I shouldn’t have gone to look at T2’s 0-XX times. Now I know how slow I really am. I better look at some stock 4t times before I feel too sick.

Wow that's complicated,I had a battery powered tacho you just wrapped the "sensor wire" around the ignition coil wire and it got there,I "think" you need power and earth and wrap the sensor around the coil wire, best to have a child or spouse hold it all while you take notes Geoff

I have my bearing stand, now I have wheel weights. Maybe in a week or two I’ll have smooth riding?

However, there was only wire from the plug not being used and that’s the grey wire. I believe the grey wire was the tach input.

Thx alot man In my notes I had written the grey wire to be the fuel gauge.. But will do some testings later today when I get my new cylinderkit installed.. - Frederik

There are covers that are better for big ass pulleys. Some have more room stock and don't need much work. These days, covers are harder to find at a reasonable price than I ever recall though. The ATV covers are one that are often larger, but they may also be deeper. Deeper means the shaft won't go into the cover bearing as much.

That's a lot of work. Hopefully the wheelies will be worth it. What bike did you get the torque drive from?

It is a lot of work but I knew going in it would be. The pulley came from Mr. Ott. I can’t leave the reply to check messages but I believe he said a Piaggio?

Had my first walk of shame with the new belt setup. I knew it was going to happen though. I had the pulley “darn close” so I figured I’d let it self clearance the remaining bit. I made it 1/4 mile and the TD got hung up on the case and stalled forward progress. I shut it off and walked back.
