I reached out to RRGS about expansion chamber pipes for 72cc, but the only thing they suggested was their version of the V8. I'd love to find out how to get into custom options from either company.

Check this out. This is a pipe made by TWH that Samodel cut open. I have never seen one of these canister pipes cut open before.

Can you post some photos of that airbox? I tried looking online for some references but I found nothing. I'm going to modify the stock airbox to fit this 24mm PWK and I want to replicate the DDX. From my research the DDX is very rare, I've never heard of it until you mentioned it. I can't even find any good photos online.

I have been slowly upgrading my shop this summer. I finally purchased a tool chest and bench grinder, something I have wanted for a while but never had.

I got some jets, needles and my special fuel cell in. For some reason the fuel cell doesn't come with a way to mount the cell into the seat bucket. So I brazed on a piece of aluminum I bent to fit the curvature of the seat bucket. I'll drill through the bracket and seat bucket to mount the fuel cell on two points. It's not pretty but it's the best I could do with a mapgas cylinder. 









I did some finishing on the new mounting tab and mounted it into the scooter.

Finally got the carb in tune. This baby revs out like nobody's business! I'm still waiting for the new body panels and then it will be time to button it up.
