What rear pulley and belt do u have? The longer boss could be for the bigger zx/sym pulleys and 654 belt.to u have measurements of the 2 bosses? I am using the TFS ZX overrange kit. I am using the Malossi Kevlar overtange belt. The dimensions are 675x17.5mm.

So I swapped back to the longer drive boss and WOW she came back alive. I did some additional CVT tuning and shes a certified ripper. The C16 puts the Arrow to shame. If you can mod a C16 to fit DO IT. Even with the tall gears im running I can still easily power wheelie even at low speeds.

I noticed after a short ride that the stand rubs on the pipe. So my next project is installing the side stand I purchased to keep using that sweet Yasuni power.

The centerstand was hitting the pipe. I removed the centerstand and installed my side stand from AliExpress. The quality is meh but it works well and doesnt look too bad. I may replace the kickstand arm with something a bit more sleek.

That's the only downside with the C16. The city 16 is basically the same pipe, but routed around the centre stand. They seem to be harder to get hold of now.

CHT jumped way up on my Dio today. I was hitting 360F on the TrailTech at only part throttle. Im not sure what could have caused that besides jetting. The other Honda tuners I know stay below 350F all day long. I know Brent has suggested staying blow 350F but no matter what I do I cant seem to keep WOT throttle temps under 350F.

Check your woodruff key and your stator position.

Check your woodruff key and your stator position. What kind of temperatures do you see on cast iron bores? I put a 28mm carb on there to hopefully bring temps down a touch.

i have not run a cast iron bore for years. but you need to remember that 350* is for "safety" in the sense of Reliability. you can hold WOT at 350* pretty much all day and it will not seize or grenade. it's more like a simple rule of thumb to keep it reliable.
i went back into thread to see what bore you are running.
finally found it and seen that you are running the infamous "bombproof" Corsa. from my research, i have read that some have taken the Corsas to 400-420* with no ill effects. i'm pretty sure that is the reason some have dubbed the Corsas "bombproof". i have also read that higher quality pistons have more silica content in them that changes the way aluminum expands, thus the piston can handle more heat and be less prone to expanding and seizing.
one of the honda tuners said that 370-390* at WOT was his max. the minarelli tuner that told me tune to 350* years ago said that you can lean it out and go hotter, but you have less leeway. my bike was a daily driver for work, 40+ miles round trip, so i chose to stay with 350*.
how is the 28 OKO working out?

Its rather cold here everyday, it was probably about 40°F that afternoon. Since that ride ive made some adjustments. I swapped on the 28mm carb and thats been great, just need to dial in my jetting. I was running an aftermarket Malossi Racing CDI and that advances your timing pretty significantly after a few thousand RPM so I swapped back to an OE Honda unit. My goal here is to keep my scooter a fast but reliable scoot. I have no way of transporting my scooter anywhere outside of riding it. If I blow a top end 20 miles from home I am 100% screwed. Im hoping to be able to hold WOT for a few minutes and never get past about 370°F CHT. From what I have heard thats pretty attainable with the right setup.

I ended up scoring a very rare JDM pipe for this bad boy. It's made by Red Mole, I have no idea of its model name. Whatever it is it looks rad as hell and is mega-JDM cool. It's rusty but it's got it where it counts. No cracks or dents. I think a nice electrolysis bath and this pipe will clean right up.
