Yamaha Aerox bidalot to 100cc 2fast

Im having 2 problems with the scoot, 1 is that all of the kickstarter parts keep breaking, the gears crack and fall apart with the first few kicks, i dont know what can cause that except too much compression? And also the rollers keep flattening, i have tried 5,5 and 5 gram rollers and both got flat in 100 kilometers, should i use grease on them to help them roll?

Could the rollers possibly be the wrong size? Diameter?

No, they are 19x15,5

Never seen this before, almost a brand new variator and the variator bushing is cracked. Also alot of wear in the guide posts

I think the problem of rollers wearing was because of my purle malossi torque spring. I used malossi red spring before and didnt have any problems. The spring is the only thing that has changed. I swapped the purple spring to the red one and put 4,7g rollers in there. Also bought the stage6 subframe and polished the cases. What is the point of the thing on top of the torque spring?

While man your builders coming along amazing using killer job app perhaps to have more power than or power then Thor's hammer.
Anyway The easy boost subframe what models did you have to what models did you have to end up doing again so I can know can know what I'll be in for or even if I want or even if I want to go down that route. I really wanna hear a sound clip or a Sia rev is the red video of this bike badly....🤘🛠💣💥

You might be able to get a replacement bush for the variator. You can press them out.
That bit on the torque spring is just a seat for the spring.

Does anyone have experience with this variator cover? it has a third support bearing in it and it comes with a nut that goes on your clutch axle and inside the bearing. Also i have broken about 4-5 sets of kick starter parts now so i want to see if the variator cover is the problem.

Bought a new exhaust for it and sold the mxs, doesnt fit even close

The fender is way too far from the tire. Looks like it’s laying on it.
Is the pipe made for that cylinder like is the seat angled or straight?
