Hmmm yeah, either the flange is weird on that cylinder or there's something wrong going on with the exhaust flange. Here is how it looks on 0weng 's Zuma mounted to a TPR86

No I’m kidding. I know the angle would be totally wrong. I’m thinking that pipe is made for a flat exhaust port and that cylinder must have an angled exhaust port.

Its the otherway, the stock cylinder exhaust port goes to the right and down, the bidalot is only angled straight and down so it doesnt work

you mean this Bore does not have the characteristic angled cutaway exhaust port? is it more like an any then? or p8aggio?

I see straight and high up of the ground.... I would think best bet would be to make a custom angled header flage or get them bolted loosely torch the whole thing until malleable and hammer it at certain spots? I have done thus before but not to a pipe with separate header usually those pipes are easily fitted. what pipe is that again?

Took the engine apart and saw that one of the crank balance weights was loose and has hit the conrod, also the crank is twisted. Dont know if its fixable so i ordered a 100cc 2fast
