That's basically the same as I found with my Polini kit. It ran a lot better with the ports lined up. Even with the bigger squish. I tried it both ways.

Yeah I did think of you when I was mocking it up it was pretty much as you said it would be, I’m glad I got some extra gaskets so thanks for that
Could I use a little copper spray in between the two gaskets ? I do have high temp sealant if better?
Should I put any thing on the head O ring ?

I have used sealant before. But most of the time I dont. It's personal choice really. You could use copper spray on the metal to metal surface. I just used the metal base gaskets when I did mine. The o rings in the head tend to fall out. I use a thin smear of rubber grease. This allows it to stick to the head.

Keep it out of the combustion chamber, it supposedly kills plugs.

Thank you! lots of good food for thought. Would it be fair to say it’s Personal Preference with gaskets dry/wet

Looking good. When I got my slider, all the indicators were broken. I brought some original ones. They have a funny way of fitting, not to the bars.

I’m thinking of getting a set of low profile Tyers for the 10in wheels 😎

It did transform the handling when I went from knoblies, to road biased tyres.

It did transform the handling when I went from knoblies, to road biased tyres. I did the same on my typhoon 125 with 10in wheels it transformed it and also the look of it

Wasn’t happy with Halfords vht paint, was really chalky, the paint from them is usually very good. Anyway gave it another going over with another brand and it’s come out with a nice sheen now. Much better ! I recommend highly
