I just checked another coil here to that I replaced with the other one it reads 1.9k with the cap off with cap on 0.00
I took the other one off the scooter and with the cap on I get 0.00 with the cap off I get 3.1k
I put it back on the scooter and now I am getting a reading of 7.9k with cap on
I am testing this from the green lead to the cap I think this is right

could possibly be the stator ? Yes, its an AC CDI so it gets power directly from the stator.

It's a 24x1mm puller. Search for GY6 50 puller on Google and tons of them will come up.

I got it off and the other one on at first I still wasn't getting fire I took my front panel off and checked the connection but all seemed connected good then I just kicked it and she fired right up I took it around the block ran good
also for me this stator for me is a lesson learned I messed the old stator up when I was trying to get the variator off the bolts where a little to long
I could not have got her running again if it wasn't for you guy's here who didn't have to help at all I am so grateful you guy's did there is no possible way I can thank you guy's enough
Thank you

ok so the repair was to fix your roller weight position because they went out of whack from cranking the engine you had just installed with no belt. you used some bolts in the flywheel to keep the crank from turning when removing the variator nut and this damaged the stator causing no spark correct? how did you get the stator off?

yes that is what happened I used a hammer and screwdriver behind it prying presure while turning it took me about an hour to get it off the one on the motor I replace it with I put a ratchet handle behind it just popped right off like nothing I couldn't get the ratchet handle behind the one on the scooter

you mentioned this was a spare motor. was the motor that was in the bike when you got it having problems? just wondering why you switched to the spare motor.

yes it was leaking oil smoking really bad and the exhaust bolts where broke off from the bottom of the engine and the ears broke off the back off the engine they said it got hit by an SUV I was rigging the exhaust so I could drive it just got tired of that and desided to work on the other engine to see if I could get it to run
they said the spare engine was out of time but when I check the valves they where so tight I couldn't get any of the filler gauges in at all
