If I take air box off it runs muck better and start is muck better

Go down a jet or to a 88 or 86 your temps are real low for wide open runs if you can run wide open for miles and still stay in the low 300s with 350 as a max you are in a safe range .

Thank you a lot !! I did not know what is normal reading . And one more thing . How high shod be idle I set it at 1500 Oh nearly forgot when I pull choke bike instantly dies

1500-2000 is fine for idle I run it at about 1800. If you are too rich on main jet when you add more fuel with the choke you would be drowning it in fuel . The choke on these scoots is actually a enricher circuit which adds more fuel instead of choking off air.

Don't know how I missed this thread. Love the yellow, and very nice work on the paint. I know from experience it's not easy lol. Looks like you're close to having it dialed in. I'm running a Malossi Sport Kit with a Wild Lion pipe and stock rejetted carb. It's my commuter and runs so good I'm hesitant to change anything. Great work!! Here's mine before the pipe change.
