So I just throw cp19 without any adjustments (no air filter ) . It started after 50-60 kicks .ran for a sec then died . After than it started only when throttle is 60 %. And it ran not even have to play with throttle to make it running.

Started scoot for the first time today . What happened?? Any suggestions? Should I install air box first and then play with air adjustment screw or maybe up jet it ?

I have no good advice, for scooters. For women or waves, perhaps. Good luck mate!

Install the stock airbox(with snorkel removed) and try it again.. Installed air box . Pretty much same result . Spark plug wet - starts only if throttle 40-50 on chock run on hi rpms . I think I will try to up jet it and play with air screw

For idling the stock idle jet on the CP19 should be good using the stock airbox. I would put the air mixture screw (small one close to the air intake) at 1.5 turns out. So screw it all the way in until it stops and then back it out 1.5 turns. The stock main jet is probably ok just for idling but overall I bet you will need around an 86-90 main for your setup and I think stock is an 80 on that carb. Always good to start higher on the main and then go down so you could put a 96 main in there and then go down from there.
Your needle clip is in the middle spot if you didn't change it from stock so should be fine starting out but if you get stuttering on acceleration I would try moving the clip up one notch on the needle to get rid of that only after you have the main jet good at full throttle.
I just recently put a CP19 on my Zuma (switched from CP17.5) which also has Malossi 70cc and Yasuni R pipe but I have a slightly modified stock airbox with basically another hole the same size as the main one so my main jet size will probably be higher than yours. I am running stock idle jet, 94 main jet, air mixture at 1.5 turns out and my needle clip is one notch higher than stock. I also have my timing advanced by 3 degrees so it makes it a little more aggressive on acceleration and temps increased when I did that so I increased my main jet from a 92 to a 94 after that.

Thanks for this write up . I did turn idle screw up and down did not do anything will try to replace main jet for 96 .

Soooo installed 96 main jet . Pretty much same thing adjusted air screw no big difference. Scoot starts after warm up idle high on choke . When choke off need to hold throttle 50% on to make it running . If reliving it it dies . When riding it it pulls ok but if throttle Les then 50% it dies . Will take car apart and inspect idle jet . Is it possible to have this problem because of pilot jet too small ? Don’t have any spare one to test it
