Start putting it back together. Installed 70cc kit , pipe and new carb for now . Did not touch variator yet . Still need to figure out intake hose from stock air box to carb . Want to tune new set up and then play with multivar .

There is a carb adapter for the Polini CP that works with stock airbox. I use it on my zuma with no issues.

I recommend the metal float bowl for the Polini CP that has a quick change jet access hatch. It was worth every penny when I was tuning as it is much easier to swap main jets.

Also, you will need some 90 degree "bendys" to attach the throttle and choke cables if you didn't get any of those yet otherwise your seat bucket will interfere.
90 degree cable guides can be found on Treatland but I am not sure exactly which ones work with the CP as I bought a CP that already had the 90 degree guides installed. I think the Dellorto bendy's are compatible but not sure - www.treatland.tv/SearchResults.asp?Search=bendy+90

I like the long idle adjustment screw which makes it simple to adjust idle speed with your fingers. The heat gun can help to restore faded black plastics. I *think* that it helps to fuse the polymers back together.

I bought some 2 k primer paint and clear from eBay and just painted in my garage . Took me 2 days for prep and paint

That was pretty easy u just heat it until it start turning darker and then evenly move the spot . I put some plastic restore liquid on top of that and it looks really good now

Did little bit of progress . Wired new switches . Installed single cable throttle . Fitted carb to air box and install angle feeds for cable . Connected all wiring . Installed malossi cdi . New spark plug . Replaced all rubber lines . Need go get some oil and gas and will try to start it
