So first thing I started with full disassemble and wash . After that decided to upgrade to big bore 70cc and paint all I can do it looks better and fresh. Still thinking about handlebar option . Ordered parts from scootertuning Multivar Malossi belt Yasuni r New rotor and front brakes and Scooterpartsco Malossi 70cc big bore Malossi cdi Want to start with big bore installed . And then ether upgrade carb or jet stock one ( need suggestions on that) Instal multivar and play with weights and clutch spring (Is it worth to upgrade clutch , bell and small springs ? )

Welcome to the forum. Nice project. 👍 The stock clutch should be ok with a sports kit. You would have to buy a pack of springs to get the right tension.

Welcome to the forums Plenty Of Zumas to copy 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/26853/zinos-zuma-sport-build49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/26756/yamaha-vinos-stealthy-buildI have run the malossi yasuni r combo with the Multi var with the zuma and run malossi on the vinos in the above threads Its a very solid setup and will push to 50 mph with power . For stock carb You will need some jets to properly feed and cool the cylinder of your upgraded set up I would suggest mikuni jets in the 85-95 range jetsrus has genuine Mikuni you can by knocks off mikunis from glixal on Amazon . With the MultiVar the cylinder alone and then the cylinder and pipe likes lighter weights You will need some weights in the 16 x 13 size in the 5 to 6 gram range . Clutch springs To get in the right range so you have good take off by starting in the pipes powerband you will need at least medium clutch springs The medium springs will work well with the cylinder or pipe and combo I would suggest to get a temp gauge from trail tech to make sure you dont make tuning mistakes

Trail tech, or Koso both do some multi function dash. They start out not too expensive. Lots of size and styles to choose from.I The trail tech is very popular on scooters. I have only used the Koso one, but worked well.

04 is going to have d deep gearing. 14.6:1. Or so. 08 and newer was 13 something. I would buy a gear kit to get around 11:1. The stock gears will really limit your speed

Ok . Thank you for advice . Want to upgrade for bigger car . Polini cp VS Delorto (stage 6) and what size should I get for 70cc Both carbs are good however from my experience the pollini CP is much easier to tune and made of a better Later grade aluminum. dellorto Has more fine tune ability but requires more parts And time to get to that state of tune and honestly I'm not sure any games would be realized. The size I would recommend no doubt 100% a 19 mm that carb will run great with that set up Any bigger is not necessary and might be overkill and harder to tune Any smaller I feel like you should just stick with stock . The other great thing about the 19 mm is that it will fit in your stock intake with no m Modification. without any doubt, polini cp 19mm.
