Nice little project. My Vision came with the same motor I think. They either come with small or large transfers. Mine had the small ones. Peugeot ST50 has the larger ones. I ran a Proma Badsnake + polini 70cc cast iron bore but the durations were wayy to low for that proma. It ran so much stronger with the stock pipe. You might wanna consider raising the timings if you wanna take full advantage of that MLM pipe.

Reliable tho, I ran the hell out of that thing. There is an Airsal bore for the small footprint case, but I haven't seen a lot of options for this motor bbk-wise. I'll probably leave the untouched oem bore on it for now- the pipe looks fairly small and I'm betting the powerband is fairly low (I haven't measured it but I should). There used to be a polini pipe available for this bike and I've always kind of wanted to pair it with the polini bore to see how it runs.

Got the suspension on the rear figured out I think. I used a drag link I picked up from www.partsforscooters.com a while back. It'll make it a hardtail which I'm used to. I'm thinking I'll go with a metropolitan front fork.

I found some Pre-Delivery Inspection paperwork for one of these models online, so I had to buy one haha. I guess these bikes were designed to do 38mph, even with out a cvt (belt drive only, like a spree).

I also picked up a Honda metropolitan front fork. I'm not sure the koso wheels are going to fit; I may have to run something else. If so, I'm thinking maybe ruckus wheels.

JDM pal bumpers Ruckus rear wheel I'm still deciding what wheels will end up on this one. I think the koso wheels might not fit, but wheel see. I may end up going with either ruckus or metro wheels, or maybe splurging on a set of Dio wheels and going disc up front. I dunno tho, this is starting to be a money pit 🤣 it was supposed to be a quick and easy one.

Any of my ruckus/metro guys know if a ruckus wheel will fit the metro fork/tree? Or do I need the ruckus parts? It seems like it's not going to center on the met fork.

Finally lined up the JDM pal bumpers in the rear. I still need to do the front. Man that was a pain. I'm looking for either a white sa50 front wheel or a full set of metro wheels if anyone has anything.

Got tires on the wheels. I went with original Dunlop k788 tires, 2.50x10 & 3.00x10. still need some tubes 🙄 I'm gonna end up using the metropolitan front fork I think, with lowered fork legs. Gonna slam it I think, might as well 🤣 gonna be a garage queen mostly. Sorry for potato quality pics. My phones cam screen cracked.
