it was way cheap too. Less than $100 for the whole thing after I sent some cores, and the spring is upgraded too I think. It's stiffer.

benji brah! your Mazda is cherry! it took me back to the 90's and the days of minitrucks and the magazine Minitruckin'. your Courier is cherry too! it made me feel like a kid again... i went to that church/school that he is singing in front of from K-8 and left in '92. that district had a lot of filipinos and they were into minitrucks. i seen a lot of b2200's lowered when i was growing up as kid.

Hi benjiTwo quick questions: How long did it take to get the lowered forks after you ordered them? Is the dio stem interchangeable with the metro stem? Asking for a friend it took about 2-3 weeks, not that long. He did take longer than expected and actually gave me a little bit more of a discount because of it. Overall I'd rate the guy a 10/10 for service and product. Highly recommended. As far as interchangeability, there are some differences. Certain dio stems are going to be lower than the metro stem, and I believe the g-stem is actually the stem that works perfectly with this frame. From what I understand, the Metro stem requires some modification of the inner fender plastic piece, where the g-dash stem does not. But the g-dash stem is really rare, and it also lowers it about 3/4 of an inch to an inch more I think. With 3" lowering from the jst4shw shocks, the metro stem actually fits pretty perfect. Here are pics...

Thank you! I guess I can let the cat out the bag: I'm putting skinny tires on my 2t Ruckus. The Ruckus stem is awkwardly wide with a metro rim on it. The 'Easy Button' is to buy a metro stem. The reason I ask about a metro/dio compatibility is because scootertuning has these: www.scootertuning.ca/en/suspensions-forks/460045-triple-tree-cnc-honda-dio-red.htmlIf this dio stem fits a metro, then by the law of association, the dio stem will the Ruckus.

There are 2 kinda of Yamaha fork trees from what I gather, and the bugeye is the stepped version (like the second gen aerox). If you can weld, you can also grind out the welds holding the stem piece from the Fork tree and weld a Zuma bugeye fork stem into the bottom triple of a metro.

I was able to trim the airbox to make it fit, and I got tubes installed on the tires so it's *basically* done. I need to let it run and burn out some extra oil and fuel to make sure, but I think I'm gonna have to tune the carb for the pipe. I assumed the OEM tune would work since this motor supposedly has an 88 mj factory, but I guess I'll have to actually take it apart and look.

Fits in but Rubs the plastics a little, but should be fine since it's hard tail 🤣 The front wheel has just enough space for travel
