Well ive finaly got most of my parts to do full motor build, wanted to do a rc-one set up for a while, it won't be a quick build, as you would know its not as simple, as a sports bbk, done in a few houres the one part im having trouble getting is a oversized disk, they are hard to find for a aprillia sr 50cc, I was going to go roost 100cc, but have a rc-kne cases for my aerox as well so that's another build, think the malossi 94cc will be more reliable and street friendly, not that that bothers me that much, iv ridden so manny race bikes on raod, its fun at times. I was suprised at how far out the ports are to cases, when u think there ment to be beat they make, ive bought KN bbk that was perfectly port matched to cases, and didn't cost a arm and 2 legs so ill update what's happing when it happens with some photos as well great to be back

Not a lot of clearance for the caliper. Will it fit without removing the disc first? A lot of go. Needs a lot of slow. 😉

Needs a lot of slow. 😉 I'm guessing it will need to be installed with calaper on as it may not fit later lol gave a stage6 bracket and 4 pot calaper, iv got a spear set of master cylinder brembo even thinking of useing aerox forks that are better and run brembo front, havent desided yet, but no ive done gasket match, ill start to build, not sure if ill use the team 2 94cc pipe have c30 that will fit I know made for 70-90cc and will let it rev to 14k not a problem, has to be ridden on raod,

Well got a bit further with new build, crank and seals in,rear Axel seal doesn't look right, but ive nerve had to do one befor, im thinking its right and its me not used to how it should look, there's a 1mm gap between rear bearing and seal and I pushed Axel in to looks, it just seal rear sharft, but im worred ive put in wrong, I'd would rather redo now befor, putting gearbox togeather, so did barrel and head to set squash, 3 goes till I got it nearly spot on, says .55mm I did 4 points and avaraged .552 seals seem to be good, when I turn it over sucks and blows my hand in intake, found some shavings in head passages for oring something I didnt expect and I had sprayed out with carb cleaner already glad I found it, malossi high end parts not quite quality I expected, not all just, ive found a few things, malossi state there rc-one case match port to 94cc bbk its no were near what it should be, but I will say the parts are way better than most manufacturers,

Seal looks fine,I think it rides on a shoulder machined into the axle shaft, not the bearing..
