That Malossi pipe is a seriously chubby pipe! The true top notch 2t racing machines like the TM KZ10 shifter karts have pipes very similarly shaped. You know its serious business! It makes the c30 look very small, I agree best pipe ive owned

Nice more shiny, been waiting 4 weeks for this glad it arrived, just went and bought another lithium battery, have 2 new already, but the heat pump, wants min 12v 4ah power and I relised the other two are only just that, so got a 12v 7.5ah lithium for the cooling system, im happy I payed the money for the heat pump controller, was twice the price of the pump, but it is wired to coil and know what revs your doing from that signal, as well as u set the temp you want it to keep it at, so will be interesting to see with the new radiators if I can keep around 65c, will go lower, think 60c is ment to be best but I think maybe 65c to see how it goes, so just waiting on hose clamps, yes thats it and I can do the full install, have new gages and led and batterys to set up, so its going to be a mess, ill post some pic's

So I installed ajustable cdi and coil, the heat pump controler, wires wires, lol but managed to bolt coil to framework good grounding points, all wireing meets up great, got the new 12v 7ah lithium battery, had one but only 4ah and water pump wants 4am min, so have 2 more lithium, 1 for lights and other for blinkers, stop and dash, so should be able to ride a few houres if I want to, and I will, im happy to just cruse around all day, lol, but waiting on hose clamps, to do radiator, and then start, ill video it and post, still. have to do the bigger breaks, and dash, im still waiting on reeds and rear torsenbrace, cant deside what to start off with, thinking just use a 28mm mukini not the deloto that came in box, with the VL18 that came with motor, and do a few heat cycles, run in a bit then change up to the big stuff, lol have stage6 r/t over sized vairator as well as malossi's using the stag6 agustable clutch, doesn't seam as big as the kn 100cc aerox fully ajustable the weights in stage6 are half the size, any way ill test and work out what works for what. Hope to start soon

Make sure to mount that CDI on a vibration damper or some rubber mount.

I finaly got all the bit to install the radiators, what a job, wouldn't recamend to do unless you have a lot of time, but there in there, wont move a mm, I ended up bracing from behind to old rad bracket, ok doesn't look factory lmao but does the job and won't be seen, so no excuse to put motor in and start, that's a 2 hour job, I have a frame I bolt to back of bike to and it holds everything up perfectly, so I can just slide motor out, already pre mix and eletric water pump, so not much to undo, I was hopeing to have other reeds and carb, but im getting impatient to start it, I can just use the 28mm I have and the reeds that came with it, not sure if carb will fit under seat so that may need moding, i did make up a rubber block and installed cdi onto it. Here's a few pic doesn't look pretty and its a mess, but as you would know thats what they look like when you do this, I did wire up new gages and sorted out all the eletrics, so its just putting it back together, and cutting hole for rads in front plastic, lmao im saving that for last, ill ride around with out that to start with. The radiator look a little of center and not square in photos but I did straighten it all up at end, one problem I had, you need to swing steering both ways to see were forks will hit, it stopped me putting were I realy wanted to, and all would be behind plastics if I could, but I relised quickly, and this was the closes I could get them, and forks to come very close

does it just have to something rubber behind it to stop vibration i can can do that easy, Yeah thats perfect. Main thing is, it should be protected from vibrations. Just some sort of soft isolator between the cdi and the surface its mounted to.

Yes I moded the old bracket and have it mounted on rubber and is 20mm off everything so it, should be good, lmao im dislect and I thought u ment the coil, and I went out to buy the block thinking coil, then I rembered coils are bolted to frame to earth them, stupid me, but was glad you told me, its like the factory one was mounted, I was lucky all the wireing still worked out great, it look a mess, but should look ok very soon

Another day, more wireing, because im useing 3 batteries, it wasn't as simple as I was hopeing, to me the eletric water pump is poriaty, so it has its own bigger lithium, and I ended up parelling the othe 2 togeather, to run all lights and dash, lights are on a on off switch, and also had to install kill switch. Have light dash on key on and off, so to get it all to work right, I had to test everything making sure it all worked. And added each bit at a time so I new if anything stopped working, it was what I just did, and that happend lol, so it looks even worse than yesterday's photos, but im glad everything g works, now its doen to weather I built motor right, well I know it will start maybe first kick but bet by 3, think ill get all the wireing into cabling so it all protected and neat, zip tie it all down, and motor it, can't wait to use the rs2 dash As you can see temp is 36c thats air temp today lol happy new year

I planed on showing you motor running, today its in wired up everything done when to put so called expense inlet on and one of the bolts snaped off at 5nm can't belive it, I may be lucky there 7mm maybe still sticking out, its just how bad is it stuck, ive sprayed with better than wd 40, made for rusty nuts lol, so ill leave over night and see if I can use my big vice grips and get it out, problem is not a lot of room, I may have to pull motor out ,to fix, bit of a pain just spent 4 days stright in 40c to finish it off
