Update. The starter gear moves freely

 My updates suck. But she's pretty much all there. Need to modify the mounting bracket slightly for the cylinder being moved up. About 20 minutes of Dremel work and should mount easily. Then my first start. Hopefully I can compile a decent enough video of the build (feel like stopping to record progress makes the build time go longer) |

Engine is in. Fuel is primed.
And now I have no spark ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I have an mvt millennium coming in the mail tomorrow. Hoping I can give you guys a first start video.
May also need a new kick starter hear as the teeth don't seem to grab the piece on the variator all that consistently.

Fix kick starter assembly (doesn't want to grab now) Fit air box. Connect lower exhaust support Connect cylinder temp sensor. Then I can test the current springs (malossi yellow) and add red if necessary and test the weights and jetting.

With that pipe your going to need the red springs .
With the race weights in the delta clutch to launch like a rocket .

Work has been killing me. But I knocked out import fees for the skyline. And got a little side tracked with some work on a customer's bike.
A ruckus! I gotta say, put a 2 stroke in it and I'd ride one all day. The tires and seat are very comfy.
I also fixed my Kickstarter issue. Gonna upload a quick cold start for you guys as I connected all the coolant lines and worked on my airbox to fit such a tiny spot.
But I need to downjet. I can do half a throttle with no issue. But full throttle will 4 stroke like crazy, so I will try a 120 main jet.
Springs need to be swapped to red as it engages just a hair short. And will need an overhangs belt for the rear pulley to have full travel.

Been sick with covid the last 2 weeks along with hurricane Ian (everything is safe)
Got the intake worked out for the airbox and went for the first run. She definitely hits the pipe running. An before I noticed the speedometer it estimated me to do be doing 50 mph.(don't know how accurate a malaguti speedo is) but I'll take that as a little victory. Temps were near 150 f when I did my 2 wot pulls.
Though I can feel some hesitancy to rev so I do believe a clip or a main jet needs to be adjusted.

Sadly after a few wot pulls my polini exhaust gasket failed and created a big leak. I rode it home praying it wouldn't do any cylinder damage and I think I am in the clear. I'm also most likely going to be changing job positions as my current jobs work environment (not the people the fact its a 100 plus degree warehouse) isn't doing good for my skin condition, which after covid. Has caused me to suffer psoriatic arthritis. Making it difficult to move my hands. This is a very upsetting situation as I need my hands to make a living. So I'll be going over a month long process of finding more desk style jobs. Maybe even door dash on a scooter. But will keep you guys updated on this bike and the rs125r hybrid motor.

if you have access to bottled drinks that have aloe vera, try some of that. my hawaiian plant medicine kahuna taught us to use Aloe Vera for people with arthritis. if you have access to aloe vera plants, you can make juice with the clear inside material. do not use the skin, it is bitter. but the skin of the aloe vera plant is what you use on your skin for burns, cuts, and scrapes.

Arthritis is a really tough one. A close friend of mine has severe RA to the point where she can't really actuate her fingers any longer. After quite a bit of searching I (finally) got her to try an anti-inflammatory diet, Omega-3 supplementation and topical CBD cream. It's worked wonders for her; her quality of life has dramatically improved. I'm not sure if that's something that interests you but I figured I should put it out there in case it helps you. The scooter is looking great. These F12s look like awesome machines! The rear disk brake looks particularly interesting to me. |

Thanks bud I'm quite happy with how it came out. It has turn signals built into as well, but may incorporate them with the fender signals so there's no long distance confusion on where my directionals are going.  that is SICK!!!! i love it! |
